When I signed up I was told I could cancel & get a refund up to 30days I have asked in writing 6 times to cancel & for a refund & I keep getting told to phone the USA to cancel (I keep explaining cannot do this I am in the UK) I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!! I am now going via my card fraud team to try get this cancelled!!

Not only does the product not work but they sign you up for a recurring subscription. I told them please no auto subscription but they signed me up anyway. I sent back the first batch as they instructed. 45 days later no refund and they billed my credit card AGAIN.

Do not order from this company! I was returning product for a full refund and their rep gave me an order number for the return instead of the correct rma number which caused return to be delivered to a wrong address and now company won’t refund me my money! Terrible customer service! It was company’s fault delivered to the wrong address.

I found the video takes too long to get to the point aswell, some experience and details are obvisouly usefull but this was really too long . For those who want to see the begining of the interesting part and the list of the 5 foods, just skip to 25m 45 .
This offer seems great and i was tempted but I never give out personel details or credit card information until im 100% sure its not a scam.
Still not sure if its genuine, would be nice to have real feedback on this. Also it says its digital but shows pictures of books so im curious to know if this is genuine ? personally I would prefere paper than digital

Paid for the recipes, workouts and never received an email with the information. And yes, I added them to my list and it’s not in my spam. I want to return the protein and there is no info to return for refund. A scam company.

I ordered this product and never received it!! After rejecting the hard sell to accept a partial refund and keep the product…which still hasn’t arrived months later, I still have no refund. I am seriously concerned that this is a scam and I recommend staying away from this company and their phantom products.

Not an honest company. I ordered from he product to try it out. I learned my lesson through my mother-in-laws mistake, to never request an auto shipment until you try the product and know you want it. I specifically asked to NOT have an auto shipment but they sent another shipment anyway, without my authorization. I called them to return it and to express my disappointment that they would charge my card without authorization and I received the MAJOR hard sell to keep the unwanted/unauthorized shipment for 25% and then 50% discount. When I said no, they finally agreed to give me a return# but they refused to pay the freight cost back to them. They are NOT a company I would ever recommend doing business with!!!

This companys money back guarantee is a scam!!! I ordered the Spark and Super Omegas supplements and had a terrible reaction to the product. I have been back and forth with them for weeks. I returned the unused product per their instructions. I also printed and included the email chain between myself and their CS Dept. They are still refusing to refund my money. I will be filing a complaint with the FDA and the BBB. It's not about the money at this point this company needs to be stopped!!!

I couldn't use their menu. It was way too many ingredients and I found out I have some food allergies. I returned their product and they told me they would refund me. I didn't receive back even half of my money. Total scam beware!!!!

They charged for me for a “program” but all I received was one phone call and a protein powder that I wasn’t aware I ordered. Terrible

Wasn't impressed they added the shakes onto my order without my consent. I emailed them immediately to remove the charge from my cc. They ignored my request and shipped the shakes, made me return shakes ($55 shipping) - after 2 months of fighting for the credit I finally got one but less $50 (they said the shipping was refundable. Would never recommend this company to anyone!!

I take back my last review as the company came through and has fixed my refund …they ended up standing by their policy

Purchased the program and after the a week decided to cancel it as it wasn’t making me feel very well. Reached out to the customer service team, who asked me the reason why, when they have a no question asked policy. Asked for a refund, but since then radio silence. No one answers anymore. And they keep targeting me with their stupid ads. So no don’t purchase the program, you can find good free alternatives or better programs online.

I've lost count of the times the video for Metabolic Living has popped up on my FB page. I'm aware that the menopause has become big business since women and famous actresses and presenters have opened up about it. I've lost so much money on supplements over the years so I wasn't convinced but I did want to lose the menopausal weight and belly, which was never a problem before, more so since I always worked out HARD. But over the years, the harder I worked and the hungrier I got through eating less, I couldn't shift the weight. I even became anti-social, I couldn't bear to eat out for fear of wrecking my diet.

In the end, I purchased the book on Amazon by the same doctor, Dr Jade Teta. it's called The Metabolic Effect Diet. I read it thoroughly; followed the eating plan, the 20-minute exercise and daily walks and the weight started to drop off. Quite literally. It takes a lot of hard work dealing with the fact that you have to eat MORE food than you've done before. It's about small regular meals and he advises on protein shakes which you can buy in a health shop. I ate avocados, nuts, peanut butter and even dark chocolate as the book said (based on my body type) and it worked for me. Dependent on your 'burner' type and you answer the questions in the book honestly to determine this, you get one or more cheat meal per week. I look forward to the splurge although I have now accommodated my new eating plan into my life so even eating out more than once a week isn't a worry anymore.

I hate the gym, especially as it gets colder, and the mornings are dark. So, I invested in a few resistance bands AND I found the DVD for Metabolic Renewal workouts on Amazon. I purchased it and have been working out in the comfort and warmth of my home and walking the dog daily.........the weight continues to drop albeit slowly but I have definitely lost inches.

I recently went on an 8-night cruise and decided that I wasn't going to be eating egg white omelette when so much yummy food was available for free so I ate EVERYTHING. Admittedly, I packed my resistance bands and continued to do my exercises and the cruise ship had a walking/running track on the top deck. I felt some of my clothes feeling tighter but thought 'hey ho', I'll deal later. I returned home last week, weighed myself and found that I had put on THREE pounds and after a few days of being back on track with my eating plan, the bloated belly has gone down.

In summary, don't get cornered into these expensive subscriptions and plans. The menopause and the weight problems it brings for us older women is a big money-making exercise now and naturally everyone wants to get rich off it. Get the book, follow the very easy high protein low fat eating plan, get some resistance bands, walk daily if you can, don't stress, don't weigh yourself weekly because I don't and trust me the weight and inches will drop. Do NOT waste your time or money. They claim to have a "cancel anytime no questions asked policy", however, when I tried to cancel my subscription, it took 5 days and 3 customer service reps until I could get it done. Obviously this is a business and they are trying to make money, but they clearly do not care about customer service. The exercise videos are a joke too. If I could give this company and everyone involved with it, ZERO stars, I would.

An absolute scam! I was looking at this product, got forced to watch several videos and then gave up and exited. Never did I finalise a shopping cart but sure enough- the next day I had charges on my PayPal account. I contacted them and immediately cancelled, even though I never bought, but due to their lack of action, product was shipped to me and I had to pay to return. Abdul rely disgusted by this company. Do not buy!!!

If I could give zero stars I would - what a scam. Their warranty is worthless. They lie about giving any sort of refund even though they acknowledged getting the unused product I returned They claimed my refund of over $400 was on the way - LIES!
Thia company robs you and the product is no better than any other product on the market and it tastes horrible!

It SOUNDS good at the beginning...affordable but then u get looped into 3 videos to try to sell me MORE products. Could not fast-forward thru them to decline offers, but finally did & only ordered ONLINE & some protein shakes.

Once they sent me the link to "online" I realized it WASN'T "ONLINE" as one has to download PDFs to access the 81pgs of a Meal Plan booklet NOT "custom written for my metabolic type" - I also saw that their claim to not have to diet or exercise but more about what we need to eat for our hormones to be in balance was a crock! They tried to say you only need to exercise three times per week for 15 minutes and even if you have limitations you can do it.

When they onboarding specialist called me to go over the plan I asked her why it was telling us to get out and walk 4,000 to 10,000 steps per day if it wasn't like other programs? Then she tried to tell me that the meal plan was a 3-2-1 meal plan where I would eat three meals, two without carbs and one with carbs and we would eat more protein and vegetables. I told her how this sounded like any other diet including the Atkins diet. There were no modifications for the exercises even though they said there would be but if I have to get out and do 10,000 steps per day when I'm recovering from a knee surgery then this is impossible.

This whole thing is a flipping scam and I would definitely advise against trying to believe anything it says even from the beginning! Luckily I was able to finally get through and get them to give me a cancellation on the spot today. I wouldn't hang up until it was processed because I had read reviews about them not doing refunds. I am reporting this everywhere I can about this horrendous scam

It is likely impossible to KNOW that you will be able to use this program and like it before you buy it, but you will be TOTALLY FRUSTRATED trying to return it. I had to send four emails to have them finally send the return code. Then they would not refund the sales tax that I paid, stating they "didn't have to". REALLY??

After seeing these bad reviews, I am not sure how this will progress. But I have found this program to be the only thing that has worked to reduce my waistline, in just one week. There is a lot of information, and the ordering process seemed tricky but when I contacted customer service they were quick in responding several times answering any questions and even refunded a portion of my order immediately crediting my account. Yes there is walking involved but that’s just part of it. I followed all of the recommendations and are seeing results for the first time in many years and various programs. Just be sure they don’t put your order on auto renewal if you don’t want that. Good luck!
