The fees alone are enough to make an old fellow like me think twice, but the real trouble starts when it's time to receive my money. I've been waiting far longer than promised, and every time I ask what's going on I just get passed around with no clear answer. When I went to take my money out from what had been invested, a much lower figure had been given that what was invested, and when I went to continue with the transaction it told me an even lower figure. And even after cancelling future payments they continued to take the payment and wanted me to scrap the gold in the same way to take such a loss. Absolute thieves!

Do not use this app its a scam as they never mentioned about the fee and its almost same as your investment as if you buy 50 gold you have to 35 pounds fee when you sell it you will have to pay the fee again i bought the gold for 150 pounds and In the app the price of 1 gram gold is about 95 pounds when i try to buy today i found out that its not 97 pounds gor a gram its actually 135 so i sell it for 89 pounds and lost about 61 pounds and leta see when i cant the refund as there ia no information about and i have not received any confirmation from them about when i will get the money so moral of the story is dont buy it its scam

Absolute scam. The fees are alone to put you off using them. however when it comes to receiving money from them after a withdrawal request then you get the run around. still waiting 11 days later despite it saying 2-3 working days and then they updated the app to say 5-10 days. Please avoid them like the plague.

I did think about using this app but after using some basic mathematics they are quite a bit more expensive than atkinsons or bullion by post. I’ll stick with them, premiums far too high!
In regard to the reply I did check the outright buy price and not the fractional “saving” you offer. Still more expensive than any other atkinsons 1/10 Troy ounce=£339 for 339 you=2.631grams. 1 oz=3150-3200, 3200 for you=‘29.723 grams. Not even close… stop pretending

On Metfolio you can buy gold fractionally and build up go whole gold bars and coins, this service differs from the websites you mentioned.
Moreover, on Metfolio storage and insurance comes standard when you leave your gold in app. Whereas those providers will charge you a minimum of £20 plus per month. Which for small amounts is unpractical.
So overall we would be cheaper than them as we are an end to end service. We are perfect for those who want to build fractionally on the app, and achieve gold bars.
If you buy the gold bars on the app outright, we are price matched with all top websites, so it’s key to look in detail before coming on Trustpilot and writing a review Terry.
