Mettrr Team and customer service excell
Mettrr Team from the start of my website from inception to completion the customer service team and individual Mettrr Dashboard teams have always been of a class assistance.
The customer service calls from Mettrr Team have always been good. They are also available to offer advice and ongoing support.
The only downside I would say is sometimes the dashboard plays up so I resort to email to the team which helps.
To be honest I think human interaction is better with Mettrr. Why? Because you get better feedback and compilation collaboration to build on the website ideas.
A dashboard only cannot do that.

Great Service
It is economic in comparison to others, I like that I have unlimited changes at not extra charge ( like others do) and I can add pages if I wish to for a reasonable fee. The representatives are always kind and helpful.

This is FRAUD....horrible customer services they will just keep charging you without doing anything! They not doing anything which they promised..and they refused to gave me my domain which I paid for!!

Service response is amazing. Although Mettrr is professional and highly skilled in website set up, I am a really really old man and need some extra help so it's taken longer to develop my website than I had hoped. I am confident Mettrr can find the extra time to help solve my problems.

It has been the worse experience
It has been the worse experience. Whenever you request for content to be removed it never gets done. I called several times I got to the point where I stopped calling it became so overwhelming to get things through to the Mettrr. On top of that they did a courtesy call so I spent 30 mins on the phone . They informed me that they were going to do all these changes and boom no changes ever was made . Then I received a email asking for the monthly payment that was hilarious to me. Then I was told that I’m in contract I simply replied but you’re not holding up your end of the bargain .

Thank you for your feedback, however, we think it is unfair to suggest that 'no changes were ever made'. We accommodated all your change requests whenever they were sent in, within the timeframe we promised but it became clear we were never going to be able to produce the website you wanted. On top of this, we were waiting for replies from you in regards to the content you thought was missing and a PayPal link that we never received. Furthermore, we created bespoke content for services you sent in to help you try to achieve the website you wanted.
We feel that we more than held up our side of the bargain, and we are just disappointed we were not able to find a resolution to assist you in achieving the website you desired.

I think this is great company to get a website with. They go beyond for you but it’s best if you try stick to having one advisor because it can get confusing for yourself, I use Elizabeth she is fantastic she knows what I want and puts all my information together but with her special touch.
