Fantastic end to end service and will be recommending to friends and family. We ordered our flooring via our joiner which was completely seamless.

Our flooring was delivered so quickly with great communication from MGM throughout. Simon was incredibly helpful over the phone, taking my payment and sharing as much info as he could about the delivery date and time. I expected to haul the flooring up to my flat on my own however, the flooring was delivered by Martin who carried the flooring straight up to my first floor flat without any hesitation! I know this isn't part of the service but to go above and beyond like this is exactly what is remembered by customers and I am extremely grateful for Martins help!

Not to mention the flooring is beautiful and I can't wait to have it fitted. Thanks again to everyone at MGM Timber.

As always a friendly helpful service given, delivery was prompt and driver was very helpful in storing the wood in my garage as I have limited mobility. Would recommend them for service and quality of goods supplied.

I started using the Hamilton branch of MGM Timber back around 2023 after their sales rep Ian McIvor approached me offering to quote for building material I needed for a big internal renovation job. Little did I know this was to become the first of hundreds of orders in the years to come mainly thanks to Ian and the service provided by both the branch and the delivery driver Andy. Ian has since retired and at first I was anxious about how things would run beyond but I’m glad to say Nathan has filled his shoes extremely well and we continue to use the Hamilton branch on a weekly basis. Shout out to Ian, Nathan & Big Andy on the high ab!

Kevin, the delivery driver, went beyond the call of duty in making sure that my load was delivered smoothly, timely and most conveniently; please pass on my sincere thanks to Kevin!

I have found them prompt and helpful. Even when there was an issue with paying for it on line. Delivery came on time with no fuss.

I ordered x12 4.8m ranch boards,two of them were damaged,one was split on the end by about 400mm,the other had a gouge out of one side. As I was unable to return them due to the size,I had to purchase another two boards. Perhaps a more robust quality control before orders leave the depot would help?

Got a phone call to advise they could deliver much earlier than estimated.
Items were in stock and got what I ordered. No issues with any of the items.

Delivery was great the driver was very accommodating helped me to put the heavy 8x4 sheets up in my driveway which I kept clear for him.
The quality of the wood was excellent good job.
I also got a phone call to tell me when the delivery would be coming I’m very satisfied with the overall experience thanks MGM.

Having received a shockingly expensive quote for timber at other retail outlets, I came across this crowd as a result of an internet search. The price was nearly a quarter of what I had otherwise been quoted, so it sure grabbed my attention. Was it too good to be true? I went along to their nearest depot (Broxburn) and although the place was very busy with people going in all directions, I was immediately greeted by a representative who instantly assured me they could provide what I was after, and the price was even cheaper than it had appeared in the Internet search! I paid the invoice on the spot, and two people in quick succession offered to help to get my timber even though someone else had already literally got it in hand.

I haven't been prompted in any way to write this review, more that I was so pleased with a depot that was very professional and super efficient, even for just a small retail order, that I have felt that it should be rewarded with a glowing review. Top marks for you guys at Broxburn, I will definitely use you again (not that I spend much in the grand scheme of things) but more so that I will make sure everyone I know will now know about your service too! Well done!
