All flours are freshly stone-ground on our custom-built slow-grinding mill in the UK, that generates minimal heat, just as it used to be when spices were prepared before cooking, retaining the nutritional values, aroma and freshness. Frustrating delivery company, rotten alphansos
Order came too late. The delivery company does not keep the tracking time upto date. No message left if they don't find you at home. No way of contacting the delivery company. When mangoes came it was disappointing, as I had to throw almost all of alphansos amongst a dozen as they were all rotten. However, the senders tried to help contacting the delivery company to trace my delivery.

Good quality products
Perfect super fine basmaTi flour...
But on a large order they need to focus more and take time to mill the rice.. my last order was on end of August 2024..i had ordered 14kg of Basmati rice flour (superfine) but more than half came coarse and not superfine...i would be happy if they look into it.. and i will continue order from them... they use fresh good ingredients but i guess they they just need a bit more patience when milling rice into flour..

Disappointing experience - Devgad Alphanso mango
I bought twelve Devgad Alphonso mangoes recently, but sadly, more than half of them were rotten, so I had to throw them out. I complained with all the evidence to them, while they promised to investigate, I haven't heard back from them yet. I'm really let down and I'm hoping for a refund, ideally 60% of what I paid. Also, the mangoes didn't taste or smell like genuine Devgad Alphonsos.

As discussed in our previous communications both over the phone and via WhatsApp, we informed you that our team is particularly busy over the weekend and committed to getting back to you by the end of Tuesday. Unfortunately, it seems there was a misunderstanding regarding the timing of our response, and we regret any frustration this caused you.
We did want to mention that this particular shipment of mangoes was adversely affected by unexpected weather conditions in Dubai, which we had previously communicated via email. We understand the disappointment this has caused.
While we typically adhere to a strict no-refund policy for mango orders (please refer the policy www.mh12foods.co.uk/terms-of-service), we had assured you of our willingness to consider a partial or full refund or a voucher for a future purchase as a goodwill gesture. However, your review suggests a decision against this possibility, which is regrettable.
Please understand that we distribute hundreds of dozens of mangoes weekly, and addressing all inquiries can take some time. We strive to handle each customer's concerns as swiftly and efficiently as possible. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and misunderstanding.
