I just bought an A250e with MHH International. The service is just great, with very high attention to detail. Chris Nelson is very patient and makes sure everything is in order personally. All you need to do is select a car and they deal with everything. They know the process for exporting the car very well for every particular country. Thank you. I highly recommend.

From my first call with Alistair at MHH International I was reassured that I was dealing with a bona fide car exporter who had extensive experience of dealing with all aspects of sourcing and exporting vehicles from the UK to Worldwide destinations. Chris and the team at MHH provided an exceptional service from start to finish in arranging the purchase and delivery of a new Tesla to Guernsey for me. If only every company was this easy to deal with!

Tried calling to purchase a car for export for personal use and spoke to a guy called Alistair... all seemed to be fine until I mentioned my destination and he said he wouldn't be able to give me a VAT qualified car with the discount as he's working with someone in my location and they had a personal deal that could affect the business! so id have to pay full price and claim back the VAT myself.

I didn't mind that as I see a car I really liked so he then said message me on whatsapp and he will send me the details of the car i was interested in. well this is where i'm disappointed with the company as i sent a message with no reply which i find very unprofessional and rude! I was only looking to buy a car for personal use and got treated like a criminal.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Nelson at MMH International whilst importing a Tesla Y from the UK to Barbados.
Anyone reading this, please accept this as a bona fide reference from a first time customer who discovered MMH through a Google search.
It’s a little unnerving sending large sums of money by wire transfer with nothing more than a promise of good faith. Especially these days with all the attempted fraud online.
Anyone who reads this can take comfort that MMH International is REAL and TRUSTWORTHY .
Chris was very efficient and professional in his duties to me as a customer. The acquisition of the vehicle, the logistics of delivery to port and the shipping CIF Barbados all went off very smoothly.
Documentation and transfer of the vehicle again were seamless.
These are aspects of vehicle acquisition that are taken for granted in first world countries. Not so when you try and deal with island nations.
Chris was also very helpful in providing incremental documentation that was required by myself not only for importation but for registration and insurance purposes.
All in all a FIVE STAR experience.
My only caution in doing this transaction again, has nothing to do with MMH. My advice would be to work backwards to discover what the host country insurance/registration requirements are BEFORE acquisition. ONLY because this was a TESLA, a vehicle which in Barbados still has very little presence. Getting the vehicle to Barbados was no issue. The biggest problems occurred with insurance and registration as this vehicle brand was virtually unknown. In spite of having completed his obligations to me, Chris continued to be helpful in assisting me navigate this process as well.

Great sources and data base on what we were looking for, fabulous links and information on each car. Very happy with UK side of the deal. 4* only because the logistics partners in Walvis Bay were mis-informing on ETDs and clearance time into Zimbabwe. All in all we would use MHH again

I ordered a Polestar 2 in 2022, however they would not deliver the car to Jersey. Being really keen on the car I used Google to try and find a solution to get it here and came across MHH International, where I made contact with Chris Nelson. As I am not very knowledgeable about cars, and even less so about taxes and importing I found the service Chris provided us with to be superb. They made the whole process practically effortless, sorting out all the tax, the admin, the collection, the delivery, in fact everything. In fact all I had to was send MHH the money and wait for the car! Throughout Chris communicated every detail, whether it concerned the movement of the vehicle, the paperwork or the money. I am very grateful to MHH for the excellent service they provided and how easy they made the whole process for us, so would strongly recommend MHH and particularly Chris to anybody looking to import a vehicle to the Channel Islands.

Received outstanding service while importing a vehicle from the UK to Ireland from Chris. I sourced the vehicle and with MHH International was able to purchase the car without the UK VAT added onto the price. They then took care of shipping the car to Dublin port. The entire process was handled efficiently and smoothly. Great service all round, highly recommended.

An absolute breath of fresh air! Alistair and his team made light work of purchasing my camper van. I sourced the van, Alistair dealt with the whole negotiation, payment, vat refund and shipping and in a matter of 3 days my lovely new camper was in my driveway!
