My appointment was at the Birmingham clinic.
All I can say is it was ok. Apart from the nice looking premises, everything else is off. Paid a hell of a price for a rushed experience. I got there early to account for any parking issues. As soon as I stepped in, I was literally rushed onto the bed, as if to say ‘you’re here early, great let’s get you out the way’. Like a conveyer-belt. For this type of service at the price I paid, I expect to be made to feel a bit more comfortable. Maybe explain what we are to expect before you slam dunk us onto the bed & get going. Put yourselves in our shoes. You may do this everyday but this may be our 1st experience of a scan. Slow down, help us to understand what to expect, take pride in your work & make us feel comfortable. Or take your prices down to account for the rushed, conveyor-belt-like service. Another thing is, I had to chase for the report which (ironically) took longer than expected to come. All a bit backwards really. Might as well have been in an NHS environment.

We understand you had travelled a considerable distance to attend your appointment, and while a drink was offered upon your arrival, we recognise that you had your own. During the appointment, Tiffany, our sonographer, took a full history to understand your symptoms and aimed to complete the scan as efficiently as possible due to the discomfort you experienced during the procedure.
We are also aware that the length of the appointment was shorter than you anticipated. While we allow up to 30 minutes for ultrasound scans, the duration can vary depending on the findings. In your case, the scan was completed in a shorter timeframe due to the nature of the results.
Please know that we take your feedback seriously and will use it to improve our service. We have asked our sonographers to ensure they take the time to explain the process and share details on how reports will be communicated after being reviewed by GPs.
Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused, and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss your experience further if you'd like. We hope to provide a better experience in the future.

Went with dizzy head and sudden hearing loss
Went to see me amit palmer with a ear problem. Best "ent"doctor ever new his job diagnosed problem which is more than the hospital did. Recommend him strongly would see him again. Mrs Vanessa Underhill visit on the 12 September 2024.

Great Experience
My brother and I recently visited Dr. Pav Dhesi, and I can't express enough how grateful we are for her care. She was incredibly understanding and showed such compassion as she gently encouraged my brother, who was quite reluctant, to seek urgent A&E care if his condition worsened. She treated him with such respect and empathy that he listened to her advice. Thankfully, he did go to A&E, where they immediately administered IV fluids, antibiotics, and painkillers. The relief and help he received were instantaneous. We are so thankful to Dr. Pav Dhesi for her kindness and guidance!

Fast acting and thorough
Got an appointment and was seen within the hour. Reception staff couldn’t be more helpful and polite. The consultant I saw, Dr Dhesi, was very thorough and booked a second appointment for the next day to investigate my issue. After nearly years of getting niwhere, I feel things are moving much quicker now.
I would highly recommend this clinic. There is parking on site and some spaces in the road too.

Superb service from the start, when I first phoned to make enquiries I spoke to client advisor Susan who was very kind, helpful, understanding and friendly. She worked so hard to get me a next day appointment - at my appointment I saw nurse Louise, she provided excellent care, lovely lady very compassionate and my needs were met to the fullest.

The the return call took too long
My only minor issue was the time it took for them to get back to me with an appointment. I was told it woukd be same day but took 5days , I have almost given up waiting.the appointment itself was fine and everything well explained.

Appointment with Dr Sam Smith 21st Aug. at Edgbaston totally satisfactory and follow up MRI scan is being arranged and I look forward to the results to hopefully sort out my problem. Only slight niggle was on site car parking did not appear to be free. Fortunately I parked in the street at the front of the property.

ADHD and Autism assessments
I went for an autism assessment with Dr Rostamipour after autistic traits were highlighted in me by other medical professionals. I filled out a range of questionnaires before the assessment and during the assessment Dr Rostamipour was patient and thorough, explaining things to me as we went. He also said that several of my answers were indicative of ADHD, which I hadn’t previously considered, so I also went back for an ADHD assessment, and it was suggested I might try medication. It took me a while to make up my mind to try stimulants but once I did they made an immediate and life-changing difference, particularly in terms of my focus, motivation and decreasing both anxiety and fatigue. Dr Rostamipour also recommended a couple of workbooks (one of which he gave me free access to) and supplements, which I’m also now taking. The whole experience was smooth and professional and I felt supported throughout.

I saw a guy about a year ago for my ongoing finger skin issue - flakey peeling incredibly sore finger tips. He was disinterested, gave me a quick review and asked little about previous consultations I have had with other specialists. Sent me off with the same topical ointments I’ve been prescribed by my gp - which don’t work. Anyway turns out I have a vitamin d deficiency. Don’t waste your time. I was expecting a dermatologist, I got a gp.

Excellent service. Dr Kasparis and his team are extremely friendly as well as professional. The service was financially competitive being as much as 10 times cheaper than some of the more well known private medical services. Highly recommended.

I’ve been to Midlands Health Clinic for…dermatology, therapy most recently curing my skin condition.
I’ve been to Midlands Health Clinic for 3 separate health problems and each time I’ve received the best care, treatment and advice from the best health care professionals. The NHS could learn a lot from how these Dr’s work, actually listen to your problems and provide the best solutions in how to help your health for the long term.
I couldn’t recommend them enough.
