Delivery Timeline
All things were good. But what i didn't liked is that delivery was late.
I would really suggest you guys to work on the delivery part.

I would really suggest you guys to work on the delivery part.
Bought dishwasher in Oct 25 broke down on February 22 26 have to wait till March 5 for a repairman. A 3 star is a real strech!!!
Honest customers penalized
Wrong part sent. Returned right away. Midwest Appliance Parts acknowledged receiving it and confirmed it had not been installed. We were told a refund would be issued within two business days.
After following up, they denied the refund because the part was briefly plugged in to verify it was incorrect.
Now they keep the money, keep the part, and want us to pay again for return shipping if we want it back.
This policy punishes honesty and leaves the customer with no resolution.
I had an excellent experience with Midwest Appliance Parts. Their customer service is outstanding; they answer the phone, are knowledgeable, understanding, and respond quickly. I needed a 12K98 Lennox Induced Draft Blower, and even though another company said it would take three weeks, Midwest had it in stock.
Dan was especially helpful. He knew what inventory was on hand, double-checked for me, and got back to me promptly. I placed my order right away, and the part shipped the same day, I had it within days.
The product arrived as described, installed easily, and works perfectly. No issues at all. I’m very happy with the service and the product, and I would absolutely purchase from them again if I needed any of the parts they carry.
I didn't accept the order but it have been anyway charged. Be carefull, autofill of your credit card in your browser is automatically charged.
The paiement application Shop.app is a scam
They are scammers. They charged me like for a brand new part, but sent used one and broken.
- They indicated on the website, that it will be shipped in a few days, it was shipped in 2 weeks
I’ll do all that I can to get my money back.
Got my parts....weeks after order. Don't recall receiving any notice that it would be more than a few days extra to deliver. To my surprise I received the parts weeks later, after I had already resolved the issue with parts I found in my shed for a MacGuyver style solution that worked fine since it wasn't a critical internal part. Frankly I had forgotten I ordered them it had been so long. I was in the middle of a major renovation project so I had to set the parts aside for later return. I missed the deadline by a week or two. No big deal I thought since I ordered in April and received in JUNE. Nope. No return possible. Wasted money and didn't even open the package. Wouldn't be so bad except the response was deadpan. Basically: No return possible. When I asked further: You missed the deadline to return. I wouldn't expect to return parts years later or something crazy like that. But these don't expire, go bad, degrade, or otherwise deteriorate if you miss a return window by a couple of weeks, and the parts are used on several models. 3 stars only because I don't weaponize reviews being a business owner myself. But I'm taking the time to write it, so I guess I'm not really happy with the experience. The part was on back-order in a few places but I only ordered here because it wasn't such a long wait, or so I thought. So poor info on the back-order ETA and inadequate service after the fact. I'll go back to my normal suppliers(s) after this experience.
Awful customer service. Rude. One month later still do not have park and now find out they canceled the order.
Part ordered based on the company's website that the part was right (would fit, work, etc). The received part did not fit. The company agreed to a return, but required me to pay shipping and would not be refunding the original shipping + 10%. So, for sending me the wrong part, I'm getting back half of what I paid in item cost and shipping. They clearly do not care about the customer experience and do not own their mistakes. Won't be doing business with this company again. I suggest you don't either.
I ordered an Amana fridge replacement gasket from MIDWEST APPLIANCE. Before placing the order I have asked Matt to verify the inquired part is the one that would suit my fridge, and I got great help. Order was shipped with days, and arrived a few days later. Part suits fridge as desired.
