Food is good but I’m getting the same food over and over again, it’s getting boring

The food tasted fine. The portions were tiny.

I really, really enjoy the food. And the macros fit my needs. The only drawback I’ve found is that the shippers that Mighty Macros uses are inconsistent and three times I’ve had my shipments delayed then discarded. Although this isn’t totally in the control of Mighty Macros, it does make me reconsider renewing because I can’t depend on it.

The 🥘 dinners were the best food 🍱 you can find anywhere. Obviously they use the best chefs that know how to use the finest spices. Only downside was reordering. It was confusing to figure that out to reorder.

Great product but your shipping service sucks

My box was late, and when I got it the box was soaking wet.

I’m a really unsatisfied customer. As a trainer, not only have I purchased from Mighty Macros but referred a ton of clients. One week when I thought my subscription to their service was paused, I was sent an email confirmation that i was receiving a meal order I did not place. I contacted that company immediately before they started preparing the food to say it had been a mistake or misunderstanding and to please not send food and refund the charge. After a bunch of back and forth with their customer service (who is only reachable by email) they would only agree to credit my account - no refund. I accepted, now weeks later I see no record of this credit on my account. Be very careful ordering and pausing your subscription with this company. They have lost me as a customer and I will never refer another client to them.

These guys are great! I love that every meal you can easily scan into MyFitnessPal to track calories/macros. The food is tasty, quality, and they do a great job of keeping the menu fresh with new options. The customer service is also great. I had one instance where my meals were delivered a day late and since I was out of town the late delivery meant the food would spoil at my doorstep. I explained the situation to customer service and they refunded me for that week’s meals without any trouble. I’ve used a couple other meal prep services in the past but they don’t compare to Mighty Macros. Ive been a weekly customer for over 5 months now and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

Quality of food was very good , but limited meal selections . I felt the price point for the quality was reasonable and competitive .

I love the food and convenience. But there was an issue with your system not being able to charge my card (which had plenty of funds) and the customer service couldn't get it resolved. So I cancelled my order/subscription.

Clean and tasty food. Great for portion control. Awesome customer service too!

Delivery: score of 1: there were multiple times in which I received a soaked box, the box arrived late or didn’t arrive at all.
Customer service: score of 4: The customer service reps were very helpful to fix the situations in regarding to delivery.
Food choices: 2: online they seem very flavorful, however, that is far from the reality. Better food selection from other companies that offer macro conscientious.
Cost: 3: very similar prices to other services, but still expensive.

I tried a number of local companies and was so used to eating the same meal multiple times a week. I had no idea something like Mighty Macros, which is clearly a more professional company with a larger footprint, existed. But they do, and now I don’t have to repeat any meals. Plus the ingredients are better. The food is fresh. It’s in the MyFitnessPal app. And it’s about $10/meal. So happy to see someone with scale do this the way it can be done! Best $150 I spend a week without doubt.

Have enjoyed trying the Might Macros meals. Love the convenience and knowing what I'm eating is healthy for me and proportioned correctly. I've actually found that I was a little skeptical on a couple of the meals, but after trying them found I enjoyed them. I also like having a variety of options to select based on my own personal preferences.

They had issues with packaging where orders were sent with a missing meal. They did not manage the shipping well because my orders came in days late, twice. And to top it all off, when these issues came up, there was no way to contact them other than email. So their customer service coverage is horrible to where they only work Monday-Friday despite shipments coming in over the weekend.

Love it! Every meal has been great! Easy to swap meals for your next order as well. You can also skip a week if you need to.

SEVERAL OF THE MEALS WERE NOT PACKAGED CORRECTLY AND HAD LEAKED INTO THE BOX THAT WAS DELIVERED

We really liked these boxes when we started them in February of 2020 but it seems like they really struggled with quality control once covid hit. We paused and resumed after the summer to see if it had gotten better but were still underwhelmed with the quality and flavor. If macros are all you need this is definitely a good option, and as prepared meals go, the price isn't bad. We found week to week the flavor was inconsistent, we'd like something one week and it would smell like burnt plastic the next. Also fairly often (five or six times since starting back up in September) we'd get one or two meals that had burst open or shattered during transit, and although customer service was good about crediting those back to the account, it was a hassle to have to do it so often. And although they try to rotate the menu we weren't happy with a lot of the dishes so we ended up getting five chicken rancheros every week and that got old.

They've got a great mission statement and if they can get back to precovid quality and flavor we'd give it another shot, but ultimately for the time being we're looking elsewhere.
