Ordered 9 books, great price, turned up in a couple of days. only minor gripe was that when they were packed in a box one of the covers was folded in half, not a massive issue, I'll be reading and then taking to the charity shop, but little bit of extra care.

Unreliable
3 days after being told that my order was being prepared for shipment, I was informed that my order was cancelled ! Payment had been withdrawn from my bank account and has yet to be refunded !
This was a Birthday present for my granddaughter who will now be very disappointed. Miinabooks did not even have the courtesy to apologise. I am absolutely enraged at their total lack of professionalism towards their customers.
