Purchased a set of 3 books as a Christmas gift, on arrival i have only received 2 books and i have had no information from the seller to inform me that the 3rd book is unavailable or to offer a refund of the undelivered book. The invoice shows all 3 books but has a hand written 'finished' next to the missing book??

I received the parcel of books in good time.
They were and are firmly cling wrapped and I have left them like this because they are a gift for my youngest grandchild’s birthday.
From what I can see, everything appears to be in good order. I will know more when the books are opened next month.
To a very large degree, I am assuming that all will be ok.
