Don’t be deceived by the word “Canada” in their company name. Their crap comes from China! You are responsible for the exorbitant shipping cost to return goods. Once again, I feel scammed by an Instagram ad. Never again. 😡

Placed an online order with what was represented as Millers Canada, product received was of very poor quality, the cut of the shirt did not even have the two arms line up. The items that I received had very little resemblance to the pictures in their catalog. Their return policy is that customer must send any products back to China (at the cost of the customer) and then a refund would be processed. The company name to return the products to is "Wang Maoqin" which when googled is actually an artist in China and no company of that name comes up. The address provided in the refund label comes up as a transportation company in China. A quick google search of that address and the same address appears as the return location for many online stores representing themselves as companies in Canada, UK, Australia, etc. Also note is the customer service advises that if the items are "lost in transit" then no refund will be given. I also note that when the order was placed I was advised that the order would be delivered by a reputable courier company in Canada, this was not the case, there was no label on the package to indicate the courier company used to deliver the product.

Ordered from their FB page, the goods I received was not anything like the goods depicted on the website. It’s absolute GARBAGE. 30 day money back guarantee ….sure, IF YOU PAY TO SHIP IT BACK TO THEIR WAREHOUSE IN CHINA!!!!
