Very happy with my purchase of a crib bumper! My baby loved sleeping in the corners and this helps so much! It is super soft for baby aswell

Mon colis aurait soi-disant été expédié le 16 septembre. J’ai reçu un numéro de suivi invalide de la part de Mimibeds. Lorsque j’ai soulevé le problème, on m’a répondu qu’ils vérifiaient avec le transporteur.

Or, le transporteur, que je connais et que j’estime fiable pour d’autres livraisons, m’a confirmé qu’aucun colis à mon nom n’existait, et que le numéro de suivi fourni était complètement inexistant.

Malgré cela, Mimibeds continue d’affirmer que mon colis a bien été transmis au transporteur le 16 septembre. On m’a même mentionné que je n’étais pas la seule dans cette situation, qu’ils avaient reçu d’autres plaintes similaires, et qu’ils ne disent pas toujours la vérité à leurs clients, en prenant leur matériel ailleurs pour ensuite livrer.

Ainsi, je demande un remboursement immédiat et sans délai. L’entreprise traîne et ne procède toujours pas. Le 25 septembre, ils m’ont écrit pour me dire « bonne nouvelle, votre commande arrivera aujourd’hui »… évidemment, rien n’est arrivé.

Je ne veux plus de cette commande, je demande un remboursement immédiat.
Si cela n’est pas fait, je suis prête à dénoncer publiquement cette situation sur les réseaux sociaux et à entreprendre des démarches judiciaires pour récupérer mon argent.

Our mimibed mattress is very comfortable. I also love the flood bed to keep my little one contains without being in a crib! My kids are both very happy with their new rooms.

Customer service was quick to answer my email. We received our order within 5 days. It was easy to put together. The first day, the bed support cracked very loud but it stopped. The bed looks great.

The only problem was the very strong smell. The varnish has an oder when you unbox the bed. I had to air out the room for a whole week and we did not use the bed for that whole week. I had a strong tast in my mounth the 3 first days when I walked in the room and did not support the oder. It has faded since.

Placed the order for the play yard and it came quickly! Assembly is smooth and I love that there are multiple options for the configuration of the yard! It is a great size and will be a safe option for my grandchildren when they come to stay.
My husband wants to get a second one to put around our woodstove so that the kiddies will be safe!

Shipping was super fast and everything got delivered in good condition. Assembly was smooth altho it did take a few hours to complete the bed. We skipped the crop and bought the double size bed instead so that we don’t have to spend extra money switching from a crib to bed. Customer service is excellent and they reply to your inquires usually within hours.

We recently got the Little Dreamer Full Floor Bed and I couldn’t be happier with it. The quality is excellent, the wood feels solid and durable. I love that the bed is low to the ground, which gives our toddler a real sense of independence without sacrificing safety. He’s 13 months old and is able to safely enter and exit his bed independently!

Assembly was fairly straightforward, but a lot of pieces. The included slats help with airflow and keeping things clean, unlike just having a mattress in the floor!

What really impressed me, is Mimi Beds’ customer service. They’ve been prompt, polite, and genuinely interested in making sure everything met our expectations. Any questions I had were answered quickly and with attention to detail.

Overall, this bed has ticked all the boxes for us: safety, design, durability, AND great support from the company. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Montessori-style bed that actually delivers.

Simple instructions to put the bed together, however, very time consuming. The finished product is not sturdy. My 14 month old figured out the latch on the door within a few minutes. She also was not a fan of the bed so we had to sell it.

Nice playpen. Quite big, but customizable. You can make it smaller and in different shapes. Material is nice, though not super sturdy.
Arrived fast and no issues with delivery.
Overall I like it.

Bed was delivered quickly, about to move and excited to build the bed. toddler loves the design and can’t wait

Purchased the Mimi Beds Messi playpen in August because a friend recommended it. Kind of expensive compared to the competition, but went for it because of the personal recommendation. The product does look really good - even better in person than online. Easy to put together. I like that there was no varnish or visible screws. Seems durable enough, but it is lightweight - my 9 month old moves it. I put plate weights outside the playpen to stop it moving. Delivery took two weeks across Canada and tracking number did not work. Mimi Beds was very responsive, but nothing they could do in this respect. I was just about to buy something similar on Amazon when the product turned up.

Never received item. Mentioned address change countless times. Still item got delivered to the wrong address over and over. Got stolen.

Support agent seemed well intentioned but there seems to be massive internal communication problems at mimibeds.

Edit: They really owned up to their mistake and sent us a replacement. It still took a year for my son to end up with his big boy bed after we ordered so I'll take a star off.

For anyone wondering, the product is good quality and easy to put together. No complaints there.

La livraison a été plus longue que prévue, malgré le fait que le lit commandé était "en stock" selon le site lors de la commande. L'assemblage a été horrible. Vraiment mal pensé! Nous apprécions tout de même le lit, mais pour le prix, la qualité est assez ordinaire.

1 screw was missing.

We purchased the double/ full size mattress and frame combo. We went with the frame that resembled a crib, as our baby was 8 months of age starting the floor bed. We are now writting the review after using the floor bed for over a month. As mentioned by other commenters for the price of the frame and its quality do not match. Some of the wood boards were warped when unpacking them, as such the bed does not sit level on the floor and wobbles when getting in/ out and moving around in it. Also, when the gate is closed and you touch the rail on the gate side the latches are extremely loud and rattle.
Despite the frustrations with the quality of the materials for this frame I would like to say that using a floor bed has been extremely better for our family with our baby than using a crib.

The order was easy to make, the price was good, the material is great and it was easy to assemble! We love our bed for our little girl

The bed is good, it’s a good idea for a baby, however for the price the quality doesn’t match. Bed makes cracking noises getting in and out, railing side is not secure, latches are loud. The baby loves having a bed and it’s good for us but for the price these issues could be resolved.

Amazing bed! My little son sleeps so peacefully in his room after the transition!

We’ve been very happy with our Mimi Floor bed so far. We purchased the Little Dreamer Floor bed with the high rails. I’m actually quite surprised by the 1-star reviews. We had no troubles assembling and we find it to be very sturdy and secure, no squeaking, shaking, etc. We did use power tools to assemble, so perhaps if you only use an Allen key you may not get everything tight enough. The dowels could have been more snugg as it took two of us to hold in place or it would pop out while aligning the sides, but I wouldn’t dock a star for that.
I also found the company to be very helpful and quick to respond to concerns. One of my shipment notifications showed that a colour different to what I ordered was on the way, so I emailed for clarification. They were able to respond same day that they ensured the correct colour had shipped and it arrived within a few days.
This was also the only floor bed I could find anywhere online made of wood with high rails, so what a bonus that it’s a Canadian company too!
Yes, it’s a bit pricier than some alternatives, but it ticked all the boxes and we were very happy about the free shipping as well!

Our family bought this to give a try and reading some of the reviews on their website. Of course, they control the reviews and should have done more thorough research. The bed frame squawks even with little movement. And frames are one of the terribly made - worse than stuff you get from wayfair. Bed mattress is also cheaply made. I would not recommend anyone.
