Desiree was very nice , explained things very well very kind and patient

So far they seem to care about there clients not treat them like next paycheck. Personally introvert not very outgoing individual to me I get a little frustrated with them the ones in constant contact but way better than than having opposite or like last lawyer argued with me they was even my lawyer then tried smooth it over hours later saying they misunderstood me when simply asked for update cause ssa quit going thru them and reaching back out to me. I guess an update is extremely mistakable for having to do ur job.

Desiree was wonderful. She took her time to go over everything and explained what the process would be and time length.
