Mind Shifting Bewertungen 

Resently I told my husband that out of all the certifications that I have done (expept of the NPL one), Mind Shifting is the one that has been a real game changer. I still use it in my sessions, as one of my most powerful tools. The changes my clients obtain in just one session are so powerfull, I often only have one session with them. And this is not magic, it is Stephen's expertiese and thorought investigation that led him to create this methodoly. Can't be more gratefull I have done it.

Over the years, I have learnt many techniques to help myself and my clients overcome negative thinking patterns, clear blockages of all kinds, and generally feel at ease, but mindshifting is the one I come back to over and over again. It is simple yet profound and works instantly to clear any emotional disturbance. Whenever I notice something has upset my inner peace, I instantly (if possible) close my eyes and do a mindshifting technique and lightness returns. Give yourself this gift which will serve you well your whole life.

I've been searching for a technique to release blockages on myself and help others. I have tried everything (well, a lot of things). When I first experienced Mind Shifting, I was blown away and aimed to get certified.

I have been using it to help with different problems in my life ranging from reducing food cravings, phobias, etc. Some problems are more difficult than others to remove.

I know it doesn't work on reducing my addiction to watching FB AI Chinese and American Soap Opera Drama videos and that have been a drain on me. I have gone through many, many sessions and it doesn't work. But, I did find a solution using CHATGPT - click the Not Interested button and those videos don't show up anymore. (Lesson here is - not everything can be solved by Mind Shifting, you gotta take action). Don't be the victim.

Ok, sorry for the side rambling. I have used Mind Shifting to help motivate people to get on track to start their business, remove childhood traumas, reduce addictions, cravings, binging, etc. I have helped people with personal relationships reduce their dependency/ attachment.

I love that we have an active community where the practitioners get to connect and share stories and support each others to getting certified and practicing the methods.

Two things that I think would make the Mind Shifting Community Practitioner Group much better:
#1: I do wish the Founder Stevie Kent would come in and give his two cents on a post at least once a week.

#2: For those certified, have a private monthly, or quarterly zoom meeting and have it in the private membership area.

But, I know Stevie is busy with many projects.

I have been wanting to give a review for Stevie Kent's Mind Shifting, but kept pushing it off - I can do it later. I am doing it now. I did get certified in May 2026.

For me, Mind Shifting has not only been a great tool when working with others, but above all, a complete game changer to apply to myself.

It is my go-to method when I'm feeling down or overwhelmed, but also a powerful tool to work on my future or my past, both goals and trauma. In just a short moment (depending on the complexity), the tension dissolves, leaving me feeling calmer, happier, and more clear-headed depending on what I am focusing on.

It's all about working with my unconscious by getting straight to the underlying causes through different questions. Not using the conscious mind in the process might be the most challenging part to get used to. It required a bit of practice before I could effectively apply it, but it sure worked nicely the more I used and trusted the methods.

A really great discovery. MindShifting offers a very different approach to understanding emotional blocks, reactions, and the patterns that can keep repeating in our lives.

What I especially appreciated is that the methods looks beneath the surface instead of simply trying to manage the symptoms. It helps you step back, understand yourself better, and see certain situations from a completely different perspective, thus leading to a very different behavioral outcome.

Stevie presents the methods in a very clear way and the content is deep, insightful, and can lead to some very powerful realizations when you actually take the time to apply the method.

What's also very cool is the global community with thousands of people applying the mindshifting method as well as the training sessions every friday, you can meet a variety of amazing people including coaches, therapists, psychologists, business people who apply the method and get results regularly.

I would definitely recommend MindShifting to anyone interested in personal development, human behavior, and doing deeper inner work.

The mindshifting method is incredibly effective in clearing whatever is ailing a person and invites the person to access the wisdom they have within.

Stevie is a wonderful teacher. He taught clearly and answered every question. Andrew and Decia are also awesome and are a huge asset to the team.

I have brought the most stubborn beliefs, problems, and just stuff I couldn’t seem to shake to the complimentary Friday calls to work on. Within 45 minutes, the “problem” was gone with a loose plan/ direction put in place.

I predominately use the mindshifting methods with my children and close relatives with extraordinary results. Perspective changes, less resistance, ease, and new opportunities showing up have become the norm after doing “a sheet” (as we call it).

Stevie put a lot of time, concentration, and testing to deliver one of the most effective processes I’ve ever encountered. Now, when my close people come to me with a potentially unproductive conversation , I respond, “let’s do a sheet”, and it does the trick. I highly recommend this business.
