Excellent infant and child first aid course, easy to understand language and guidance, and the opportunity to practice using mannequins in the session was incredibly valuable. We were able to take our 6 month old daughter along to the session and feed and change her as needed throughout, and we would recommend these classes to every parent. We feel very confident in our abilities to provide effective first aid to children following this class, and feel the pricing is excellent value for what you gain from the session.

Thank you Vanessa for hosting a thorough and informative session. It was great to get in person training ahead of the birth of our first child and we both learn by doing so was really handy to be able to get hands on with the mannequins. Feel much better prepared in all aspects of pediatric first aid.

Andy's course was super engaging and well paced. Simplified and demystified complex subjects so everyone came away not only with a certificate but confident to actually do first aid in their work place and community.

We attended this group as new grandparents who needed a bit of revision on our first aid.
Claire was welcoming, we had a chance beforehand to ask for any particular points of discussion. The 2 hour session was timed perfectly with opportunity to ask questions. An option to be hands on or just sit back. Small shop available at the end. Take away booklet.

Laura and Jackie were friendly and understanding of the different ways people learn and participate. I enjoyed Laura's teaching style, making everyone feel included, comfortable to get involved, to ask questions. The acronyms she used were new to me and ones I will remember. I feel more informed than ever, and more confident in all things first-aid. I enjoyed the day, it was fun, relaxed, but the serious side was clear. The equipment used helped to put theory into practice and made visualising a real-life situation easier. A different take on courses I have attended previously.

We booked this course in readiness for looking after our two Grandchildren later in the year. We both found the course very informative, group was not too big and there was a nice relaxed atmosphere. It was good getting a chance to practice CPR with the model dummies, we felt this gave us a greater confidence. There was plenty of time to ask plenty of questions. Isobelle provided us with the reassurance we needed. Would recommend this course.

Marlene was fantastic, her teaching style put us all at ease and she coached us through each section of the course with patience and kindness! She was also great with the little babies in the room too, we all felt a lot more comfortable, should any first aid situations arise to know what to do. I can’t recommend enough!

Rachel was excellent. She provided a fantastic session with plenty of information and was welcoming to all of our questions.

We would highly recommend for any parent keen to learn first aid.
