I saw this customizable necklace with tempting 100% off discount in Sweatcoin. I purchased it in exchange for a cheap amount of sweatcoin and 8 dollars of shipping fee on June 28, 2022. It’s been almost a month now and I’ve been tracking its whereabouts using the AfterShip app which promised realtime monitoring. It’s been stuck in the same place for days and I’m starting to feel bad about this. This product originates from China, by the way, but claims to be a Swedish company. I am never ordering from Minnen ever again.

The necklaces are gorgeous but there's some delay on the delivery. Luckily, the staff was very helpful to follow the shipment.

I’ve ordered (from Pakistan) custom engraved bracelet via sweatcoin and neither got shipping details nor bracelet itself. They both (sweatcoin & minnen) are scamming with people. Beware guys before purchasing or ordering anything.

Bought a necklace through sweatcoin, got a confirmation e-mail but no e-mail that it got shipped out, after few days I contacted them but no response. I thought I got scammed but thankfully it arrived, took 16 days which is 2 days to make and 14 days to arrive (really accurate!), in the end the necklace is good and i love it.

Contrary to what they say, they are not some Swedish company who craft their jewels in Sweden, rather they are either some Chinese company operating under Alias of such name and pelting false information about their country of origin or they have outsourced their job to some Chinese company. Why so? Because I ordered a necklace from their website and when I got the order tracking details (they are shipping through 4PX) I was dumbstruck when I found that order was being from some location in China (Beiyuan Residential District, to be precise). I feel cheated and would not recommend anyone to buy from them as they don't stant for their words.
