Rented from Minnie May since 2021 and it’s always been a fab service. The outfits are perfect and so much choice. The girls are so lovely there, they are lush! It’s always my first go to for an event. Their boutique stuff is great too, only jeans I wear now 🤣 and the jewellery is stunning! Never had any issues. Thank you Minnie May girls! Xxx

I think ive probably rented more than 30+ outfits from Minnie May now. To see the business go from strength to strength has been amazing to watch. I'm genuinely so proud of Hannah and her team and Im one of their biggest advocates. For people like me who are busy professionals with multiple high profile events each year, its simply a life saver. There's been times I've had just 2 hours to spare before an event and knowing I can go there and guarentee to find something glamorous I love for a fraction of the price, takes all the hassle away. I absolutely applaud the whole concept of promoting circular economy and feel good about knowing I'm supporting a local business (with the best girls who work there) makes me feel nearly as good as I feel wearing the showstopper dresses. I couldn't do life without you MM!

Pushy and intense service, and no refunds. I went in the store to browse and the lady came up to my friend and I, asking what we were looking for. I was hoping we could look around further but she insisted we look at specific things. In the end I decided to buying a pair of earrings which didn’t have the price on, partially due to being under pressure. I bought them but later decided they weren’t right and came back to return them, when she said they don’t do refunds only exchanges. They were much more expensive than I personally think they should be- £35, however I left the shop again without a refund.

My experience from start to finish has been fabulous. I was a bit nervous going to try on all the outfits having had a hysterectomy earlier in the year: But I had plenty of time to try stuff on and was made to feel wonderful. I had honest feedback for each outfit.
I went for one outfit and ended up with 2. I would definitely recommend, almost want to keep it a secret just for myself!

Great experience, could try on as many dresses as I wanted and didn’t feel rushed at all. Service was fab and was made to feel super comfortable. Have rented a dress for next weekend and will 100% be using them again for occasions I have on next year. Would highly recommend

The genuine interest the girls take like what the occasion is, what you feel comfortable in etc. is lush. They make you feel a million dollars and fill you with confidence to wear the most glamorous outfits! Even the after care on the return, wanting to know how your event was, wanting to see pictures, was the outfit ok... just so authentic and lush.

Second time renting an outfit. I am definitely hooked! There is a great range of outfits for all occasions. I had so many lovely comments from complete strangers on my last dress. Looking forward to coming back for my brothers wedding next year!

Ordered a bracelet with express shipping 1-3 days. After 7 days still no sign of shipping or any communication, I contacted the company and had no response at all. A couple days later my order was refunded with no explanation given to me. Terrible service. My mother also ordered from them and had an issue with her order — she also emailed them and had no response. Stay away.

Disrespectful packaging for the high cost of a $160 dress. Dress arrived today all crumpled, with a red mark on it!! Not a quality material and smaller than advertised sizing.

The blog they offer on returns is not comforting. WHY should I have to pay return for a faulty garment!

The girls are always so helpful and the quality of everything I’ve bought is absolutely amazing. It’s so hard to find good jeans and I’ve got 3 pairs now and they’re all lush!

I live in Essex and got recommended the shop by a friend from Cardiff! Rented dresses for my hen do and also for a friends wedding plus a few purchases on the lives! Such a lovely team, brilliant service and for having never visited the shop (I really want to!) the sizing is always perfect! The best way to support local businesses! :)
