Zero stars !!! The NHS instructed this company to enforce on a local hospital car park where my wife remains as an in patient and whose life is slipping away day by day. She has been in this hospital since February 2022 and my son and I were put on Minster Baywatch site and given free unrestricted parking. I was initially using my Audi but it developed a fault and had to go into the garage where it remained for some weeks awaiting parts from Germany. Fortunately I have the use of another car and I printed an A4 sheet with clear advice together with my carers pass which I left on the dashboard. I was issued with a PCN which I initially ignored the two weeks later I received another. The staff in the hospital seemed almost afraid of this company but I am preparing to attend court to defend against their bullying tactics and will be suggesting to the NHS that they employ a more ethical enforcement agency into the future. Utterly disgusted but no real surprises but the real problem is that their appeal site is difficult to navigate and upload images and it is totally impossible to contact by telephone. By the way I am approaching my 76th birthday and have little to live for.

Poor signage designed to confuse

Faulty machines that are never serviced. Asked to show the parking ticket you paid for in cash a fortnight later. Knowing that there’s a very good chance you can’t. Total scammers

If I could give minus stars I would, this company's business model appears to be badly signed car parks so they can issue pcn's and bully people for money, they have no care for situations or the fact they have ill maintained badly signed parking. If you get a pcn from minsterbaywatch challenge them, ask for your day in court chances are they bottle it an not show. They use bullying as a way to print money but like any bully they get scared when you fight back! I hope they go bust.

This 'company' deserves zero stars for its performance..

I parked in Driffield at a car park managed by this organisation. There were only two options for payment times: 2 hours or 24 hours. I paid for 2 and spent 1 hr and 38 minutes parked there. It was therefore very concerning to receive a notice some days later indicating I had apparently not paid sufficient funds for my stay...

Given that I bought a ticket (minimum price for 2 hours) and I stayed for only 1 hr 38 minutes (according to the timestamped photos Minister Bay Parking sent) the idea that I could have overstayed the time I paid for is a logical impossibility - so either this company doesn't know the rules for its own parking sites or else they are chancers trying to make as much money as possible.

Fortunately, I still have the ticket I paid for and so will be able to win against these charlatans; but we really can't stop at that. Companies like this need to be eviscerated, they are nothing more than modern-day highwaymen and there must be consequences for their corrupt malpractice.

No customer service available for a reason, to take money. Contested a parking fine & all judgement is there’s with no reason. I accept to pay and then well within allotted time unable to pay the £30 offered. All online or automated call and all at the original higher price of £60. Basically cannot discuss with anyone so pay or by the looks of all comments it’s will continue without contest to £155.
This is totally obvious uncontested taking of peoples hard earned money. The laws need changing on this.

You have to questions a companied integrity when they don't have any way of contacting them other than email or online documents. Terrible communication and no response to an appeal. Complaint going into BPA.

This is the most appalling deceitful underhanded private car park company that give unfair ticket fines , to JD gym members in Huddersfield (who are 'allowed' to park in the car park adjacent to Gym - Minster refuse to listen to reason, or provide complaints reference when we log complaints(so we can't go to ombudsman, refuse to send letters in time so difficult to appeal in time) and the fact the gym ipad doesn't always work to let them know members have in fact registered car reg, they refuse to waive tickets issued in error despite admitting admin error of same in past! (yet cctv and iphone has to trigger confirmation members are using facilities, as QR code needed in order to allow entry, that's only way to be allowed in gym for god sake ) they choose to exploit the dodgy IT system at jd, and issue ccj, of £500 causing distress (JD in huddersfield are just as bad as they refuse to defend it's members yet they have an agreement with car park provider

Absolutely awful- parked, rang number and paid- had a text to say had paid til 23.59pm that day/ 1 week later a letter to say £100 fine- sent screenshots of bank statement and text but now saying it doesn’t prove it was the correct vehicle???? Letter has correct registration number! Would I pay for someone else 😬🤣 no !!! Now offered £20 reduced fee as “good will gesture “ or go to court! What else can you do??

Truely awful company. I parked in their carpark in Bude. Got delayed in returning to the car, only means of paying for the carpark was RingGo and it was having some kind of outage so I couldn't extend my stay. Was a really stressful end to my holiday. Got fined £100 for being 17mins 46 seconds late leaving the carpark. Sent in a screen shot of my attempts to access my RingGo account and the fact I had paid for 24 hour parking the day before which I used less than half of the time for, but they still upheld the fine. So reluctantly paid the £60 and will never deal with them again.

Company has no compassion for anyone. Just a money making scheme rather than trying to get people parking fairly. I hope they go out of business. Do not use!

Complain to the land owner if you get an unfair ticket from these guys. They have a terrible reputation for ignoring reported faults, not answering the phone and in my case they didn't even send an initial letter - just got a demand for £155. They also used dirty tricks at court, but lost. The Parking Code of Conduct 2019 should stop them using these dirty tricks, but the last government never introduced it - lets hope the new one does. This unethical company uses every dirty trick in the book to block you from a fair appeal - just google them.

My wife who is an invalid had a fall resulting in her being delayed by 16 minutes departing the car park in Driffield East Yorkshire. She received a letter with reference to her delayed departure offering £60 payment if payed within a certain time period instead of £100 also the option to appeal. She appealed on the 8th of June by recorded post, this company received the letter on the 11th, then silence, had her appeal been rejected she would have payed the £60. On the 6th of July she received a letter from them demanding a payment of £155 no later than 17/07/2024 along with additional threats. To say I am discussed with this outfit would be an understatement.

Dreadful threatening low life organisation. Stated they sent me a parking fine for £60. Never received it. Got a demand for £155. Red. No appeal process. Just threats to pay. I will have to go to Court with this as not paying. Never saw signage and was only 20 minutes over the free time. Appalling company.

Peel st car park York - the machine didn’t work properly so I couldn’t adjust the times as I needed to - I thought I had paid but no receipt issued and no message transaction declined etc - their faulty machine, my problem - useless appeals process

Con you at lytham st annes pier car park . Wating for a space to be free wen no spaces fond went out to look for uther parking in town got a fine day's later saying I didn't pay only in for 5 to 10 minutes looking for parking. You get a £100fine be a on you gard if you looking for a space and you can't find one wen you drive out you gat £100 fine good coners 🤑🤑🤑👀

Having paid for parking at arrival, then noticed it said pay on departure, so when I was departing I tried to pay again - the machine would not recognise the car. Received fine because their system cannot cope with an honest mistake. I hope the criminals who run this company get what they deserve in this life or the next.

We received a PCN that related to our 29 year old son. Our son had unexpectedly passed away recently. I reached out to MB to notify them of our son's passing.
I received an email from them, but they refused to deal with this matter. They said that they had passed the matter onto Gladstone solicitors, however they refused to contact GS to inform them of the situation.
We have now received a letter from a court demanding payment and making threats if payment is not paid.
This is a terrible time for our family. We are really struggling to come to terms with our son's death. We still do not know the reason for his death as the coroner is yet to make a determination.
It has been difficult to reach out to the court because the situation has gone as far as it has. This was completely unnecessary.
MB are not a company that is capable of showing compassion or manners at a very difficult time for our family.

Who do you think yous age giving out fines and saying I wasn't in a bay properly when clearly I was on the photos you took. So now I'll let it go to court and see what the judge says because in my eyes my wheels are within the bay or even sat on the line!! Anyone who works as a ticker wardens have a very sad lonley life clearly! Your just making everyone not want to shop here, giving these fines out for fun!

Basically on a trip to York we entered a car park just after another car had vacated a space. Obviously we went straight into the same space. Wife in a wheelchair after suffering with cancer and was first time out for an overnight stay. Was with friends and we paid our fee for 24 hours and went and had a great time in York and left the next day. Some weeks later the first letter I received was the “you committed an offence and haven’t paid so it’s now doubled”. The biggest annoyance was that although the car is in my wife’s name, I was the driver so I was responsible as I parked the vehicle in a ‘supposedly restricted area’. All paperwork that since arrived was still addressed to my wife. Since refusing to be bullied I refused to pay and Gladstone Solicitors are now involved and I’ve now got a court appearance on 8/4. The bay that ‘wasn’t’ is not marked in any way to alert you to it being illegal to park in it and still isn’t. I think Minster bay watch just thinks everyone will just roll over and pay and have done with it but in this case no. They don’t listen, they don’t care and them and Gladstone Solicitors think they can get away with anything. They are nothing but bullies and bring shame on York’s parking situation, will let you all know what happens in court.
