Minus the agent we’re great
Minus the agent we’re great. I was a bit skeptical at first whether I could sell my property myself, but I figured I had everything to gain and nothing to lose. In the end thanks to MTA and there help, I saved 13k in commission. Boom! With a bit of work and confidence anyone can do it. Will use MTA in the future for sure.

I leased an investment apartment via Minus The Agent. I was competing with 9 other similar apartments available for lease in the building at the time, these had been available for 4+ weeks and assigned to professional real estate agents. I used Minus the Agent and leased mine within 7 days.
Process to list was easy and user friendly, I added options such as professional photos and “premier listing” on Real Estate and Domain which I would recommend. Was well supported by the Minus the Agent team whom were responsive and gave helpful guidance.

Naturally we are disappointed with the review. As you are aware we get all our clients listed on realestate.com.au and Domain plus many more sites and you stay listed until sold. Unfortunately we can not control the amount of enquiries a listing receives however there are ways to increase the chances such as changing your photos, price etc.
All our clients have 24/7 access into the system and you can make changes yourself at any stage throughout the campaign. I note you purchased our essential package which doesn’t include the copywriting service so therefore all changes are to be made by yourself. However I can get one of our customer service team to touch base with you and process some changes that you would like. Please note however you do have 24/7 access with your login details to do these at anytime that suits you.
My property is still listed on Domain…
My property is still listed on Domain and I am still getting emails from prospective tenants after I cancelled the service and emailed minus the agent multiple times.

I can see the property is marked as leased in our system and off every other site than Domain. Therefore I assume it must be a timing or minor issue on Domain's end in regard to this processing through so will get in touch with them directly and have this removed for you.

Minus the Agent made it very easy to advertise our house for lease and helped with all aspects of the process. Would highly recommend them. It seemed a great package deal to get advertising on so many different real estate platforms and we received enquiries from about half a dozen different sources. Our ad looked very professional (significant effort from ourselves to do so but that is the idea of it all) and we believe it stood out above many others in the same field.

We found your service excellent. Everything was so easy. We would have given five stars, except that the sticker with our phone number on, that we purchased from you, had an incorrect digit on it.
