I'm a first time client and wasn't sure what to expect. My item came exactly as ordered--good quality and prompt, trackable delivery. I very much appreciated the classy gift box packaging.

Misahara has excellent customer service. I lost one earring of a pair and they replied to my email right away - and when i made the mistake of ordering the wrong stone they fedexed me the correct matching one within days.

I used the wrong address for billing on my order. I noticed and immediately texted on line explaining what had happened. I knew the order would not get sent to my daughter for Christmas with the wrong billing. They told me they would make the change and assured me all would be fine.
Then I asked for 1 more thing. I thought I’m really pushing my luck now.
I asked if they could include a greeting card with a special sentiment.
She said, “of course we will be happy to do that”.
Above and beyond excellent service. So pleased.

Excellent customer from helping me select the perfect earrings for my wife, to the beautiful packaging they arrived in. My wife loves the earrings more than any other piece of jewelry she has.

The garnet studs are beautiful. Just what I was looking for.

My “Minis” arrived so quickly after ordering I was pleasantly surprised and am very happy with them.

The final verdict is not in it’s a Christmas gift for my wife. Let’s hope she is happy with the ear rings.

Few years ago as I was perusing the internet, I came across with the magnificent Garden of Eden ring and have been in love with this piece since.

God graced me recently with this ring. Julia and her team worked diligently to customize this ring for me, and the results were outstanding. Julia's immediate responses to my e mails and calls were appreciated as I was anxious to get this ring.

The intricate details of the band encircled by the most beautiful emeralds, along with the birthstones of people who define me in my life placed so strategically that makes this ring one of a kind. The details on the halo wrapped by champagne diamonds, and oxidization around the these diamonds and band for sure places this ring at the top of the list of most beautiful pieces I own. I will cherish it till I die, and will pass it on to my daughter for sure.

It was made with love, and placed on my finger with love. This ring signifies what my soul needed and proves that one can survive anything with FAITH IN GOD by standing on GOD's word.

The earrings are pretty. I bought them as a gift for my daughter who had an August baby girl last year and I'm giving them to her for Christmas.

Earring back broke after just a few days. Fortunately I was sitting down and didn't lose the earring. Very disappointed.

She loved the little elephants. They were shipped and delivered in a very timely manner. Would have liked the option to insert a gift message but, inn my case, not that big of a deal.

I spent several months deciding before I ordered the minis sun an moon.
This is such a great option since I don't like matching earrings.
The owner spoke to me directly and she's very professional. My earrings arrived early and I was so happy that I have to recommend!

The entire experience was terrific. Customer Service was efficient and my Mother's Day Gift for my daughter's first Mother's Day arrived on time (within a week). It was a specialty item and she was thrilled with the quality.
