I placed my first order I got no confirmation email and I'm reaching out to them and they cant find my order yet the money is out of my account.

Ordered contacts back in February. Tracking still say in Hong Kong. Emailed and got a reply that stated the delay is due to COVID....????. Requested they just cancel my order and refund. It's been well over 30 days. Now, I get no response or product.

I received my order within a few weeks of purchasing; however, the quality of the green, blue-earth color contacts is not good. It didn’t look anything like the picture, and you basically can’t even see the color. A complete waist of money.

I have to take back my first review, I received my merchandise only after PayPal got involved nonetheless I would be a bit leary of their Co. If you have to use force or pressure to get what you paid for? Is it worth ordering thru them again?

I ordered 3 pairs of whiteout contacts. They are supposed to white out the eye color and not the world. Could not see through them; it was like throwing a white sheet ever my head, which I will probably end up doing now that this site ruined my Halloween with a faulty supply. I ordered another pair from a more trusted seller so hopefully those will be here before Halloween. Do not order from these people.

Love this brand. I ordered 3 pairs of Lenses and I am definitely not disappointed.

Pos company! The contact is costume not a regular pair of color lenses that are clear.and you can't see out of them a pure waste of money.

I was thinking about ordering lens from this comapnay but , I have to be able to contact them and with this company you can not so I will not be giving them my business , sorry

I've ordered 30 pairs and love every single pair! All of them are comfortable and they cover my brown eyes perfectly! I am now a customer for life! I highly recommend Mislens!

Don't order nothing from them.. They didn't send me what i ordered. I ordered a beautiful blue and they sent me a zombie eye contacts.. So dang 😞 dissatisfied....

I ordered from them on April 30th and my package has not arrived. They tracking number they gave me thru ups is fake. Everytime I email them ill they sent back is they are still on the way. Im just very disappointed hopefully they with come or I get my refund.

I ordered mine on March 7th... Still no contacts... And the tracking says its in the location of "unknown"!?!? I would never get anything from here again i wish i could give this company no stars!

I have ordered one pair out of curiosity, came to me in about a month, but it isn't bad and worth the price. Now I can look nice and not have to wear glasses all the time.

I pre-ordered a set of contacts August 19th. Still have not come. Also I emailed 3 times for a refund. No answer. Do not get taken by them!!!!
