Fantastic dress, it’s a very rich print, fit great and the price point was spot ot. Have to pay on a return but nothing was deducted after the return.

I’m never one to leave a bad review (and I’ve held off for as long as I can) but utterly awful communication and I honestly wouldn’t bother with this supposed business (clearly in their infancy by the looks).

The dismal and EXTREMELY DELAYED responses to messages via ‘messenger’ and email are shockingly poor at best, they seem automated.

Received a dress - too big, so I sent it back requesting a smaller size.

I requested an exchange and on the 9/5/22 via Royal Mail - (special delivery) the item was received by Missfiga (signed for), it’s taken them 21 days to acknowledge any of my messages and emails and in those 21 days - still no dress received!
So within that time I had to order a different dress to ensure it actually arrived and in the right size (had a wedding to attend) and requested a refund from the dress initially sent; after sending repetitive and repetitive and repetitive emails re the refund ..I’ve now been sent out the exact same dress in the exact same (too big) size that I had originally received 🤦🏻‍♀️ ???! Utterly embarrassing!

I’ve sent emails back today and used messenger; messenger has been looked at - yet zero reply.

If you are desperate to buy a Missfiga dress - I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU BUY FROM NEWLOOK (as they stock some dresses).

Sad thing is the dresses are lovely!

I’m very tempted to upload my conversations to unravel the incessant failures and the damn right lies from this company.** - stating I have a refund via PayPal and evidently no trace of any incoming payment. Liars.

A COMPANY THAT PRETENDS TO ACT PROMPT…but fail to ever deliver any service!!

Service good & staff are helpful. I bought a size 12 pack which is 1 size bigger than I usually wear and it was perfect.

I would just like to mention a replacement dress was sent out when my item arrived damaged. (First time ever - having shopped here for years) but it was resolved quickly.

Really really pleased with the dresses! They are made from lovely fabrics / fits nicely and the designs vary from other companies. Very quick delivery & refund issued prompt.

I would like to thank the support team on how quick / easy it was to get in touch. I messaged on Facebook snd was speaking to Noreen, she was excellent at quickly resolving my questions. Very happy with the service I received.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, they are complete con-artists, I placed an order in February 2022 and it was despatched to Ireland on the 8th February. I received my parcel about 5 working days later. When I tried on all the clothing I ordered they did not fit. I sent everything back by registered post on the 18th February and waited to track its return with anpost. When I tracked that it was delivered back I contacted Missfiga regarding a refund of my £135.95, I have been given the run around by several people and now all my correspondence is being completely ignored, there is no contact number that I can call to speak with someone. THEY ARE THIEVES and I am horrified that I trusted them and placed a large order, not realising this fact! Please take my advice and keep your money in your wallet or you may as well flush your money down the toilet if you are not happy with your purchase from this “company”. It has actually put me off ordering from any clothing company online ever again, unless it is a high street brand!

The item I purchased was exactly as the picture shows, good quality & decent priced. Plenty of compliments when I wore it about hoe nice it looked on.

Writing another review as I'm still yet to receive my refund this company are a joke I keep getting asked for my order number over qn over when iv provided it countless times

Found a nice dress on here with long sleeves which covers up bits well. Delivery was fast through yodel and I will definitely order more from MISSFIGA.

Great quality and good sizing, first time I returned was on a most recent order. This was resolved immediately & my return was processed. (Refund received 2 days later)

Very impressed with the shopping experience and experienced staff with Missfiga. I have shopped previously and would certainly shop again

If I could put minus stars then I would, worst place I've ever ordered from. Never again. They sent wrong dress then after I said I'd return it they tried to say they would send correct dress, was already too late for that as I'd ordered it for my friend's birthday party , I even had to pay for sending it back myself for what was their mistake not mine, they said it comes in a separate refund and I already had to be a cow to get my dress refund as it was, still waiting on postage refund, complete fraudsters as they do not do what they say they will do, should be closed down in my opinion!

I ordered a dress, and accidentally put wrong address. Up to my mums rather than mine! Which is 4 hours drive away. I emailed missfiga and they tried their best to redirect it but unfortunately it couldn't be done. Fortunately for me my mum can send it to me. So customer service tried their best for me which was helpful.

Update: after speaking with Ann-Marie in customer service, the refund was processed promptly and has now been received, thank you.

I bought 2 dresses on 6th April and the package arrived 2 days later, but only one dress was sent. I told the company straight away and was told they’d look into it, then they never got back to me. I returned the 2nd dress on 20th April and waited for my refund, but heard nothing. I followed up on both and after several emails back and forth they just stopped replying, so I tried Facebook instead and got a reply saying my refund for both items had been processed. Waited 10 days as instructed and no sign of my refund, and now they’re ignoring my messages again. Not happy :(
