After paying for next day delivery and not receiving my items after over 2 weeks being ignored I left a review which was replied to then told the items are not in stock which they was cos checked on website the items were never even sent to the courier cos the tracking shows all, was then told I would ve refunded and still not been done so they lie and rob you of your money stay well clear update .... 4 days and still no reply from miss figa apart from there comment on here to make it look like they doing something must be making plenty taking people's money and not giving g them anything for it

Dress I ordered was of lovely quality but it just didn't suit m. I had to pay to return it but a full refund was promptly issued. Great communication although product was unsuitable.

Ordered next day delivery and paid for it and 10 days later it still isn't here. I've emailed twice, sent 3 Facebook messages and no one has bothered replying!! Status still shows ready for collection but nothing. Awful way to treat customers!!

This company is awful, their customer service is atrocious and they will not refund your money. I returned my unwanted items within the timeframe and provided proof of postage. They stopped replying to my emails so I have been forced to raise a credit dispute with my credit card company.

Update- they say they've contacted me but they haven't

Ordered a dress for a wedding and needed next day delivery beforw the bank holiday. Spent £5.50 to then receive the wrong dress.
I emailed and they asked for photos which I sent immediately. I then had to chase after the bank holiday after explaining I didnt need the dress anymore as I had to go shopping instead. They said they'd send a replacement next day which I said I then didnt need but they would cover the postage to return it.
They now keep copying and pasting a generic response instead of actually answering my question of whether they will refund the £5.50 that I originally spent on them delivering a wrong dress and also the cost to return the wrong dress to them (and the inconvenience of having to go to a post office and deal with their mistake)

Still waiting on someone to actually read an email and send a response.
What a headache, I will definitely never use this company again. Mistakes happen but it's communication and how you deal with them that matter; something which this company haven't grasped.
Avoid!

I cannot even give this company a 1 star review to be honest. I ordered 2 dresses back in March….the same dress in 2 different sizes. I returned the dress that didn’t fit, within the time scale of the terms and conditions. Have tracking proof and also signed proof from the company that they have received the dress. I have been emailing CONSTANTLY ! to ask where my refund is. I have been told twice that the item has been received and my refund processed…… still no money ! The communication is awful. I have asked for someone to call me….nothing. They have not only got the dress back, which they have confirmed in writing, but they also now still have my money ! This in my option is fraud/theft. I will today be seeking advice from trading standards against this company

I sent my dress back as the sizing was really big, sent back Royal Mail tracked delivery. I saw they signed for it and was patiently waiting for refund as was within 14 days of receiving dress.

I emailed to ask where my refund is and they credited me to purchase on the site again.
I’ve sent Multiple emails explaining my order was returned before the cut of date for refunds and getting no reply. Been two weeks since they received my order and still no refund.

Absolutely disgusting shocking service they received my returns but been asking for my refund for three weeks now to get no further and having to repeat myself email after email , I’m now contacting police for a crime numver this is theft ! And contacting trading standards

Ordered several items for my sons wedding. 2 returned and 3 kept and the return method was quick. A little expensive compared to other sites but still great.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
They will not refund my money for my return even though my tracking number clearly tells me they received the items a few weeks ago. Items returned as they sent me the wrong items in the first place!! Customer service a complete joke too. Giving 1 star as I had to press something. STAY AWAY from this site.
