Service was absolutely amazing
Service was absolutely amazing, the flat is completely spotless, attention to detail is incredible. I've used a few cleaning companies in the past and they tend to try to clean the flat as quickly as possible so miss some minor things like cleaning skirting boards or on top of units or in cupboards, but not with mister broom.
They were punctual, communicative, very friendly and did an AMAZING job. Thoroughly recommend to anyone considering for an end of tenancy clean.

The driver of their van cut me up on …
The driver of their van cut me up on M4 using his mobile. Emailed office to complain and was sent a foul mouth rant in reply. Very immature and idiotic. The reply received on here is total lies. My email in first instance was not aggressive or rude. I was annoyed because of their idiotic driver using mobile and swerving. I was not asked for proof at all. Please do not lie to try excuse what he did. I will send my proof into police

What we do not tolerate is lack of respect and abusive words when someone sends us an email to complain about something because in the email you sent, you demonstrated your lack of respect very well by describing your displeasure with the driver.
You were also asked for the proof you said you had, to which you responded with another aggressive and disrespectful email.

Superb quality at an affordable price
I've used the service in the past and it's great to see it's still great quality at an affordable price.
They left the flat I've lived for the last 12 years liking better than when I moved in which was brand new.
The attention to detail was superb and the carpets look and feel amazing!

Absolutely Appalling – Avoid at All Costs
If I could give zero stars, I would.
I booked Mister Broom Ltd for an end of tenancy clean — a critical service needed to ensure the return of a rental deposit. They confirmed the date and time in writing, took full payment upfront, and then… never showed up.
No call. No email. No explanation.
I was left scrambling last-minute, completely abandoned, and out of pocket.
I contacted them immediately and made several follow-ups, they took 2 weeks to finally refund my money. 14 days. No service rendered, a lengthy wait for the refund leaving me out of pocket, and barely any communication.
This company is completely unreliable, unprofessional, and frankly, unethical. Taking money for a service and failing to deliver is bad business.
Do yourself a favor and steer well clear. There are many reputable cleaning companies out there; this is not one of them.

Your service has been scheduled through emails for technical reasons that we are unaware of the same did not go to the day scheduled by you
The day you expected the cleaning team and you contacted us your service did not appear in our system after confirmed your payment we explain to you the reasons of such that it happened and we proposed the service to the next day which you refused.
On the same day your bank details were requested and we guaranteed you the refund 100% but because there was staff in holidays took a little longer than the days explained in terms and conditions of the company.
Once again l hired Mister Broom…
Once again l hired Mister Broom cleaning services for a deep cleaning where the call to the execution of the service they are 100% professional
I recommend this company, they are fantastic
