From start to finish my order was brilliant. Customer service was fantastic.

Made my first order of £134.67 which included some nicotine and a vape kit. The nicotine is pure and clean and came well packaged.

I did have issued with my vape kit, I'm very new to sub vaping and needed a little help. After contacting mister vape support, they walked me through how to set it up, what types of eliquid are best, what types of coils is good for me.

Couldn't be happier with the service I was provided

They are a little slow at replying to emails but I do get that there very busy with orders, but they could improve on there speed of replies.

Although I my issue was resolved very quickly and I've now got my vape kit working perfectly.

I will be back to order some more eliquids. Jay was excellent at walking me through the vape kit install, just couldn't get it to vape properly. Within 2 emails Jay walked it by step by step and got it working for me.

Kudos to Jay.

After contacting Mister Vape three times, as can be seen from my message below and Mister Vape’s (Jay) reply further down I am still waiting.

Would you please look into why there are missing items from my order. (NUMBER REMOVED FOR SECURITY) the FOGSTAR batteries and Aspire replacement glass are missing. This is the third time I have tried to contact you but have received no answer. Being retired and disabled I can ill afford to loose £15. I really do not wish to leave a bad review on Trustpilot etc so am asking you to kindly send me the missing items or give me a refund.

I’m really sorry you’ve had to chase this—thank you for flagging it. We’ll refund the missing items (Fogstar batteries and Aspire replacement glass).
 
To make sure we process the exact amount, could you please confirm the total value of the missing items from your order (product prices paid after any discounts)? I’ll match that to our pick list and packing logs and get the refund issued right away. You’ll receive a confirmation email once done.
 
If you’d prefer replacements instead of a refund, I can dispatch them on priority if we have enough stock cover the missing items.
 
Apologies again for the hassle—especially given your circumstances. I’ll keep this open until we’ve fully resolved it for you.

If this is how this company (?) treat DISABLED, RETIRED (ex NHS) customers then I really recommend that others go elsewhere for their vaping products.
If Mister Vape show some empathy and honesty I would consider amending this review.

Excellent quality products. Delivered by Evri on a next day service.

Much quicker then I had really expected. Super service and a really good price.

It's my first time ordering from here and always skeptical. But really happy with my order and the service that I had received.

I'm puffing away on my kit as we speak, it's the only kit I've found I can actually taste the flavours

Just need to work out what I need for pods and coils

I am still waiting for my purchase to arrive l will have a refund please

Ordered at 1.40pm on 25th Sept and still haven't heard that they have despatched my order, I've had several emails from Elvi stating that they are waiting for it. Can't ring them as their phone is switched off and doesn't appear on their website anyway. Had to fill in a form on their website to contact them. Not acceptable to have no phone contact nor to not have posted the item after 7 days of order.
I've now updated my name which is why Mister Vape couldn't trace the order. I have been in correspondence with them and my item seems to have disappeared between leaving them and Elvi. They eventually agreed a refund but didn't go on to process it so I had to contact them again to process the refund. Their email of 10/10/25 states that a refund was made automatically due to failed age verification ??? If that was the case why did they post the item? The email then goes on to state that my payment WILL be credited back to my original payment method, not has been, within 10 business days! To date no refund has appeared! A bit of a contradiction in their email which I suspect is generic as not sent by the person I was corresponding with. I will be contacting today to see if they have in fact issued the refund. Incidentally, I was told they don't monitor their online form!
Update 3/11/25
Having got fed up of exchanging emails stating that the refund had been issued and it not appearing in my account, I instructed my bank to do a chargeback. In the meantime a refund came through for £17 and not £ 20.99 the price paid, some weeks after they first said it had been issued and after several emails saying it had been done, which it clearly hadn't been. The chargeback went through at roughly the same time and Mister Vape then debited £17 to clear. It has been a very stressful few weeks trying to get my money back, not helped by the fact that you can't speak to them on the phone and the only means of communication is via email! The latter appear to be generic as they pretty much say the same as the previous one! What was clear was that they obviously didn't want to refund my money and were hoping I'd go away!. I will be returning to my previous supplier whose customer service is excellent.

A very negative experience. I purchased my order on 28 August 25 and I’m still waiting for the rest of my order and it’s been 30 days. I only received 1 message from the seller on 5 September 25 and has now completely ignored any communications even after letting them know that I will leave a negative review. I have now approached my Credit Card Company to reverse the transaction as the outstanding order amount is over £40. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I do not recommend this seller.

My parcel arrived in a plain box, which is good. It had a sticker on that said next day delivery and was delivered next day.

I ordered a tank and paid by card.It didn't arrive.

My very first order with mistervape. Received within 24 hours of being dispatched. My order was delivered by evri on a next day service.

I purchased the vaporesso matrix kit which was a new release. The colour and feel of the kit is amazing, very happy with the flavour it produces.

The taste of my liquids are unreal in this pod kit. Very happy with the kit and effort mister vape put in, in completing my order.
