Citation Cyber Bewertungen

We’re delighted to have passed Cyber Essentials Plus with Citation Cyber. Thank you to Janya and the team for their guidance and support throughout the assessment and for helping us work through the remediation requirements.

The assessment helped us strengthen our security and gave us greater confidence in the controls we have in place. Achieving certification was a real team effort, and we appreciate Citation Cyber’s contribution to getting us there.

A valuable experience and an important milestone for our business. Thank you!

The Citation team were great in their pre-assement briefing and very clear in the requirements and process throughout which really helpd.

Thanks for making a tough process as smooth as it could be.

The entire team have always been fantastic during our Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certification process. They're helpful, offer valid solutions, and speak in a human way (which is not always the case with some IT solutions) that helps us share information with our team to ensure we achieve Plus status. Thanks to all the gang for fielding my many calls again this year!

Always very helpful and supportive. I would highly recommend them.

Cyber Essentials Plus certification requires a tricky audit but the team from Citation Cyber helped with the preparation and gave excellent support on the day.. so we nailed it! Thanks Citation Cyber.

Support and understanding! The team at Citation let you know exactly what was needed to achieve the cybersecurity plus accreditation and through the support and understanding of the audit in layman’s terms made it easy to meet the security criteria needed.

Great support from the team. Harrison was particularly supportive during the assessment. Very professional and stringent but very fair in giving us time and guidance for the few remediations we needed.

The whole process was explained transparently, providing enough time to correct any technical deficiencies. The Actual audit was the smoothest part of the process, and Janya wonderfully explained the process as the audit was going on.

Excellent team, very quick to respond to any questions to achieve CE+ certification.

Great company, really helpful from start to finish. Pranay and team made the whole process very smooth and were fair, helpful and quick to respond to all questions whilst keeping to the strict standards required for the plus certification. Very happy, we'll use each year from now on. Good job guys.

Harrison and Raja helped us get our accreditation through in record time and were amazing. Although at first it seemed a daunting task, using their portal made it easy

Can't thank the team enough for the utmost professionalism and support demonstrated through our assessment process.

Entire Citation team was very helpful and supportive until the end. Particularly the auditor (Janya) for Citation Plus was very kind and helped us throughout the process.

From start to finish Citation Cyber have been AMAZING!! Tom, Vincent, Raja, Gerald, thank you so much for making the prep understandable and helping me every step of the way... as always I'm in safe hands!! Janya thank you for outlining the assessment processes and stages to me and you put me at ease!!

I work for a firm in Central London. We've had internal and external infrastructure assessments done via Citation for a couple of years now. Matthew is very knowledgeable and does all he can to help us at every step. Wish we could keep using them, but we have to rotate providers for this sort of thing. It'll be a shame to move on.

The Citation Cyber team provided excellent support with our Cyber Essentials Plus certification. Highly recommended.

A very good experience in getting our CE plus certification. Janya, Gerald and the entire team are very knowledgeable and help us do the right thing for us and our clients ! I would strongly recommend them .

I would highly recommend using Citation Cyber for the Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certification. Janya was particularly helpful during the audit and assisting with closing remediations.

Easy to work with, responsive and knowledgeable. We are really please to add Cyber Security Plus to the ISO 9001, 14001, and 27001 that we already have with Citation

Citation Cyber have been great to work with, they are very knowledgeable, respond back to any queries promptly and are very eager to help. A special mention goes to Janya who has been extremely helpful during the Cyber Essentials plus assessment, she has taken time to explain things and make sure the process was as smooth as possible.
