M J Kloss Painters & Decorators Bewertungen

If you are looking for a top, professional job I would thoroughly recommend MJ Kloss Painting & Decorating. We recently got our new flat painted whilst we were on holiday and we have been very happy with the quality of the job done.

From the first initial quotation phone call, Tony was super helpful. He answered all our questions, was response and left us feeling positive about proceeding with the job. He quickly visited the flat and was able to give us a quote within days of the initial call.

Eddie, the production manager, was a great help organising the logistics for the job. He was very accomodating and offered to take our keys making it easy for the team to get in whilst we were away. He was super friendly and very professional and gave us a lot of confidence in the job ahead.

Big shout out to Danny and Alan for the quality of the job they have done. I even managed to spill coffee on the job two days later and they kindly offered to touch up the paint at no extra charge!

Overall very impressed and would recommend to anyone who is unsure and looking for a top, professional job in South West London.

Calum

MJ Kloss did an excellent job. Thoroughly professional operation - with dedicated people for estimating, account management and decorating. Medium-sized job involving external woodwork, internal paint and wallpaper. We were a little constrained in how/when we could have the job done, but the firm was understanding and flexible. Especially grateful to Warren, who works in a fast, smart and tidy manner and was a delight to have in our home. Will use again and no hesitation to recommend.

from initial contact, through quotation to doing the job and then the follow up we could not fault the service we got. The men who painted the exterior of our house were speedy, efficient and did an excellent job, precisely on time. And the price was fair.

Very straightforward process. Very good communication. Sensitive to specific needs of vulnerable client. Wholeheartedly recommended!

Excellent Company, the guys sanded and painted all the woodwork in the house as well as painted every wall and ceiling - they did a brilliant job and the gents doing the job were friendly, nice to deal and experienced in what they were doing.

Costa and Mario did a great job painting the external woodwork and pebbledash. The whole process of quotation, scaffolding and painting went smoothly. This was my third time using Kloss. Always reliable.

Our decorator was called Darious and I can say he was amazingly conscientious and a genuine nice guy.
We changed our mind part way thorough and both Darious and Eddie (the supervisor) dealt with it and sorted the change with no issues.
The best thing I can say is that we have some more work that we need to do and I will happily use M J Kloss for that to.

Great job, very efficient. Always on time.

A friendly, professional service from quotation to delivery.

Team arrived promptly, took great care in protecting everything & cleaned up at the end.

The quality was excellent.

Tony, Jez, Costa & Mario; I can’t thank you enough.

We were very pleased with Kloss Decorators. They have undertaken internal and external decorating over the past few months. All of the different tradesmen were polite, diligent and tidy. We would not heistate to recommend them.

Quick quote, clear and timely. Great communication and high quality work executed by professionals.

A huge thank you to MJ Kloss for the decorating they did to our sitting room. There was a lot of preparation to do such as filling and sanding of oak beams. They did a brilliant job and the paintwork and the beams look fantastic. I’ll certainly be asking them to help with future decorating in the house.

Communication from everyone at MJKloss was great from start to finish. Vince worked meticulously painting our kitchen/living room with exceptional attention to detail. Great job, the room looks fantastic.

Painting of two principal rooms in our apartment was carried out within the time allocated with the minimum fuss. The painter, Vince, was meticulaous in the preparation, painting and cleaning afterwards.

Fantastic service - very quick quote and arranged a slot within a week. Completed well within time and to a very high professional standard

We had Kloss do external house painting on a large house. What Kloss were good at was: providing a keenly priced quote, flexibility to allow us to direct hire scaffolders (so we could get a lower price), high quality painting work, really good fault finding in our exterior walls/wood work and making good any faults they found. The overall job was very good quality and the people at Kloss are very nice to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

Craig did a superb job, painting window surrounds and sills also removing rotten wood on porch door and replacing the moulding. Everywhere was left spotlessly clean. In future, I would always use M J Kloss for any decorating work required, I cannot rate them highly enough. A great pleasure to find a company that obviously takes a pride in its work.

We have used Kloss Decorators on 3 occasions now and have been very happy with the quality of their work and the reasonable cost every time. Most recently, a few weeks ago, they repainted a bathroom and shower room for us. Dean, who completed the work to a very high standard, was punctual, pleasant, respectful and a very clean worker. Using a special system and high quality damp resistant paints, he saved the bathroom ceiling paper, which was becoming brittle and coming off the ceiling over the radiator. We are grateful to Tony, the Kloss estimator for suggesting this might be possible, and as it was, saving us the additional expense of having the ceiling stripped and repapered prior to repainting the walls and ceiling.

The whole process of working with MJKloss was a positive one. The estimate was carried out efficiently and speedily. Eddie, the manager, communicated well throughout the job. The painters, Danny and Nick, were great. They worked so hard stripping off wallpaper put up 50 years ago! They arrived early, were professional and friendly and cleaned up at the end of each day.

We had the pebble dashing on the front of our house painted along with the window sills and drain pipes. The company was quick to fit us in which pleased us and the scaffolding went up within a few days. There were 2 painters a couple of days later. The company only sent them on days that the weather was not wet (bit of a rainy week) so that was reassuring. We were disappointed to discover that they had not put a sealant coat as listed on the quote, (this is why I have taken off one star, but they did paint 3 coats of exterior emulsion once we raised the issue with a manager. That issue was dealt with promptly by Eddie, who is very easy to talk to. We are very happy with the results. 👍
