Mohammed was extremely helpful and was determined to ensure our upgrade to full fibre happened. He has great customer service skills, was personable and ensured he did the best job he could. His manager Andrew Midgley was also fantastic. Both are a credit to your company.

We had fibre 150 installed today by a young engineer called Levi. He could not have been more professional, polite and courteous. He took into consideration our views of where we wanted it placed and meticulously placed it to cause least disruption to the aesthetic look of both the inside and outside of our property. He took his time checking that we were happy with the process as he went along and checked everything was working smoothly before he left clearing up as he went. Aquib khan came to install our new full fibre line today and he was excellent from start to finish . He was so polite, he called us in advance to let us know what time he would be arriving so we didnt have to wait around . I was a bit unsure about having the wire to our house but Aquib explained every step to me and did an excellent job of concealing the wire on the front of our house . We are a housing charity that require our BB installations to be terminated in a specific spot to prevent any tampering and these are not always the easiest to get to. We have had two installs by Darius and Taric who went above and beyond to terminate these connections, and we are very appreciative of them and their work.

The engineer ‘Tasleem’ was very prompt and efficient. Could not fault him. Extremely friendly and personable. Fantastic service, would highly recommend him. Very knowledgeable and informative. Many thanks.

Mohammed Haroon was the engineer for my BT internet, he reached out and let me know the time he was coming which was good because it let me do things I needed to do and then he came fixed the internet in a timely manner and had great customer service skills

A big shoutout for Mohammed! He did a great job. He was extremely courteous and made sure that he explained everything that he was doing. After he’d completed the job he talked me through the set up and made sure that all was well before he left. He even cleaned up any mess that he’d created through the drilling process, etc!
