Thank you for your review. Its great that you like the product. In relation to delivery charges you were charged £12.50 plus VAT. The reason is because we are not sending little packages around the UK but three metre length packages and although the package did not weigh a huge amount that is the minimum charge.
There are a very small amount of carriers that deliver 'longer length packages' to residential addresses however if you know of any suitable cheap and reliable delivery companies that deliver to anywhere in the UK I would be grateful to know.

I asked if they would open a pack, send us only what we need and they recycle the balance, which they happily obliged at no extra cost and despatched straight away.

Thank you for your review. This product was ordered on our online store on the Easter Friday bank holiday and was out of stock at that time. We manufacture all of our products and the real-time online shop told you in four different places during the order process the expected delivery date. We actually delivered five days earlier than the stated date.
We are based in Cornwall and although the pixies are believed in by some we do not have the ability to pull an out of stock product from the thin air. All our clients are given full and transparent information at the time of ordering and we would expect that if we could not meet your needs with instant delivery over a bank holiday weekend you would have ordered elsewhere.
