The item WAS NOT brought to my front door, instead just left in reception area. We have lifts to our individual apartments, very dissapointing to have to search for it, given that I am also disabled. The delivery service was very poor

Really well packaged personalised candles. Lovely little Christmas sticker on them, personal touch. Very easy to get a photo on them too. Cheaper than Etsy etc making it a much better choice.

Excellent service and products, I ordered a personalised item and when it arrived there was a spelling mistake, I emailed the problem and it turned out to be caused by auto correct at my end, despite this they offered to send me a replacement and went above and beyond to solve the issue would definitely recommend this company

I order a pair of personalised Flip Flops as part of a 60th Birthday holiday package. These were ordered in January and still have not arrived. Absolutely no reply to any contact. The tracking service is non existent. Now, it will not accept my full email address and says it does not recognise what they suggest it is. I can only think this is a scam company and I urge you not to use it.

No item, no tracking, no replies to emails. 27 days after 2-day delivery paid for. Dispute raised with card issuer.
