Initially we didn't receive the order as it went to an old address of the company, however when I called customer service they were incredibly attentive and shipped out another order that day so I received it within 2 days. I didn't have to follow-up the existing delivery either as this was all taken care of. The product looks exactly as provided in the pictures on the website. Would recommend.

Great chairs for the price. Delivery said 7 days but came in 36 hours! Chairs are not olive green, more like mustard yellow to be fair.

Although very simple to put together according to my husband, I wasn't sure whether some of the rubber bits were meant to stay or be thrown away!

Initially I was worried that the delivery would take so long. However, I contacted them via facebook and Hannah responded very quickly and she was very helpful! The chair arrived next day and I was very happy with the purchase! good price and good quality. Only thing is I wish their assemble manual is much clearer.

I purchased 2 chairs. The screw holes didn't match up to the base of the chair. I got messed about abit. As the 2nd delivery to replace the chairs took ages to collect and re deliver. Them chairs was the same. So i had to have a refund. Before I could buy more. I had to open my business without any chairs...

Bought 2 pendant lights which were delivered promptly and the product quality was excellent. We had a minor issue with one of the lights so I contacted the company and the item was replaced immediately. So, great quality products and excellent after sales service. Would definitely recommend.

I’d only like to suggest you should improve the delivery tracking. The delivery company had to try a few times before finding me at home since I wasn’t aware it was being delivered.

Ordered 4 white eiffel chairs and separately a 160cm glass table with oak legs. Looks nice altogether. Delivery of the table was poor, the delivery guy was going to leave it on a pallette on my drive and tge delivery company knew i would be getting my mum to wait in for it and didn't mention this. The driver said he wasnt insured to take it in the house. The chairs are a bit tricky to put together and i can see that bits will get stuck under the seat pad which is mechanically fixed but generally good value for money.

Bought a replacement dining chair as leg snapped off one after 6 months. Hopefully this one will last longer
