I bought r6 credits like 3 days ago and they are not on my account. On chat is only bot that says everytime this same line

they took my money 48 hours later they dont even answer to my message anymore really bad website

placed order after checking if items in stock with no response before and after placing order. after order place and waiting 30 mins, told 5 more for delivery and total 60 minutes later they block live chat as I spammed it for a response. will be the last time I try to do business with them as another time order was placed and had to wait fro a month to get items, when I know they were delivering more then I asked to new purchasers that i sent their way.

As you can see, people on the reviews got a lot to complain and I dont blame them. Your first couple orders would be fine, no issues. Their staffs? They're helpful ofcourse, they'll help you put in your orders but once your order is paid, dont expect to get a good service when something goes wrong with your order. I'm speaking from experience. I ordered from them and says my order was delivered, only to see that my order never arrived. When I try to contact them, they ignore my messages. Dont trust this site!

Bait and switch tactic - pay now, contact us only to find out we can give you less than you bought, is that okay? no? wait 12 hours for refund (lie - have to go through paypal).

Ill mever buy anything from them ever again.they expect u to wait till they are good and ready to give u the stuff. They are more worried to get that next payment then to honor thier word. I have payed for 1300million ec for sto xbox one.and only i got 650million.and this jamie person is just a two faced liar.buy from someplace else.just to warn you.

For my first purchase i didnt get an email or anything however after i contacted support the person was very friendly and told me to meet him in the social space of the game where he then gave me the credits.. i had second thoughts about this company however it is very cheap and fast delivery as i purchased a second set of credits which i got almost instantly. If you get Alex in the chat friend him up lol.

I payed 6$ for my purchase and waited 3 days but they still didn t do it and they ignored my emails / skype / messages everywhere, i asked for a refund on paypal and they mailed me that they would not take any action until i close the refund, i closed the refund and they are back to ignorin me. This is one of the worst online experiences i ve had and i m going to report them everywhere. It s not about the money, it s about my time and respect. Peace !

i bount neverwinter ad on their website,but don`t give me delivery.i want to get all money back .
