The intake forms were very clear which made the process very efficient and the doctor was great! Also, the virtual visit was very affordable.

Regretfully a total Ripoff for me. I paid 31 € but receipt wasn't available so they asked me for additional 50 € for a doctor's appointment. Which I turned down and requested my reimbursement as I didn't receive any service or product. So far after several weeks nothing from their end despite I requested several times. So be well aware. EDITION 21 JULY 2026: Nothing so far, not reimbursement just bla bla bla. And its only 31 Euros. Again Total Ripoff for me.

I needed help from customer services as I had eroneously booked an appointment for my child in an urgent situation. After a momentary talk with the doc they said they could not do the consultation and that I would a be eligible for a refund. Eventually I got through to customer service on the chatbot. I was told I was speaking with the business owner who communicated to me with utter contempt and ridicule at my mistake. They have issued a refund which I appreciate but this does not mitigate my shock that a health care service (or any professional service) would operate with such a severe lack of professionalism. The whole experience was so peculiar that I am not even convinced this business is legit.

I've been using MobiDoctor since 2022, and it's honestly been a lifesaver. Because I'm constantly traveling and working all over the place, trying to sort out an in-person doctor's appointment is usually a massive headache. This service completely fixes that problem, and it's just super convienient.

I especially want to recommend Dr. C. Liakou. She is genuinely friendly (always with a smile), incredibly knowledgeable, and always takes great care of me whenever I book a consultation. The overall customer service is smooth, reliable, and exactly what you need when you're managing your health on the move. Can't recommend both her and the platform enough.

Mobidoctor is fabulous! I was on a cruise and developed a sinus infection. I was able to get a virtual doctor’s appointment within 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. I received my prescription perhaps 5 minutes after my virtual consultation and used the desktop app to send my prescription to the nearest pharmacy. I highly recommend Mobidoctor!

I am traveling abroad from the US and have an upper respiratory infection. MOBI made it incredibly easy to schedule an appointment (within 2 hours) to speak with a doctor via telehealth. A prescription for antibiotic was written and sent to me within 5 minutes. Thank you thank you!!

Always pleasant and professoinal consultations, much easier than doung traditional appointments

I was on a long Roadtrip in Europe. I am an American and only speak English. I had already visited a clinic in Germany and was prescribed an antibiotic, but it was not working.
I had a UTI and was in a significant amount of pain. In the middle of the night, while I was suffering, and feeling uneasy and worried... I found Mobidoctor online, (after trying a similar service and getting a response back saying they couldn't help me.)
I was able to use the Express medical assessment option and in hours, I got a response and a new prescription, for the medication that I needed.
Dr. Farhat was great! He knows the European medical system well and helped me to navigate it, to easily obtain my prescription in Bulgaria. Every country has a different system. Finding an English speaking pharmacist really helped me as well.
Great service!! Would definitely use this company again if needed. What a relief!!
