I travelled from Newcastle to hopefully get a good, affordable mobile phone for my 92-yr-old mother. I'm so glad I did because Jason was SO helpful; the kind of customer help and consideration that you wished there was more of in the world these days. I came away with a happy purchase (even a free laptop case!). The shop is also pleasant to browse the good selection of other interesting devices. But hats off to Jason for making my long return journey worthwhile and enjoyable!

I bought a phone through BigW market and Mobileciti was the 3rd party seller. The phone was dead on arrival and took an hour to start charging which suggests the battery was compromised by an extended discharge. The phone was made more than 3 years ago. An attempt to return it was foiled by difficult conditions that would have left me without a phone for extended period. Never again

Couldn't have asked for better service, it was absolutely the best. Ordered my new phone which was at an unbelievable price, so was initially a bit hesistant, why was it so much cheaper, but needn't have worried, it arrived safely and the phone box was still sealed. Super-fast delivery, less than a week from Sydney to Perth. Cannot recommend Mobileciti more highly, thank you, you're the best!

Smooth and convenient Click & Collect service. My item was ready on time and I was amazed by how many great products the store offers. Excellent service and variety.

I was concerned about buying a "Refurb" product but the money I was saving I felt was worth it.

I decided to pay for express delivery as I want to try the new Pocket MiFi (5g Mobile WiFi) on a trip next weekend.

I received the parcel well packed the next day via AusPost. The MiFi box was unsealed to be expected, but the MiFi screen had a plastic protector on it as did the charger. Warranty card was also included.

The item had approx 30% charge so I was able to power it up immediately & connect to it. After downloading the instruction manual, I was able to change the Network Name (SSID) & Password to one of my own instead of the defaut settings.

Overall a great experience.

As frustrated customers, we’ve been trying to resolve this issue for months with no proper response or solution. Despite providing clear evidence that our expensive robot vacuum was faulty just a few months after purchase, the company has ignored our warranty claim and dragged the matter endlessly. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable.
