Must say Mobility Giant is an excellent company to deal with this is the second time I’ve used this company. The staff are friendly and help full.
Wayne delivered my scooter message me in the morning then again 1hr beforehand very help full an asset and good representative for your company. Thanks to all the staff for your help Merry Christmas 🤶

Now for the Scooter a Quingo Plus bought this because on the TV adverts for Quingo on the Tv looked good!,,
First time took it out around the town. Horrible ride so far but first time and a bit of a bone shaker. Looks and feels very flimsy cheap.
I don’t like putting negative reviews but please this is about the Scooter and not the Company.
Will keep going! I have the opportunity to change it will see how it goes after Christmas 🎅

I found it very easy to deal with you, on the phone or email. The Lady on the phone has been most helpful,especially as I am hares of hearing.
I didn’t enjoy getting up at 7.30am to see Wayne with my scooter. I didn’t remember everything he told me,, hence another call to the helpful lady on the phone.

from first contact with william to the delivery driver arriving excellent service,there was no pressure to buy william went into great detail to make sure the scooter was right for me.on arrival the dleivery driver spent time explaining everything extremely polite man cant recomend this company enough !

From the first call I made to the last, customer service has been fantastic. I bought the greatly discounted and in immaculate condition scooter for my friend, I like it came with 12 month warranty, 1 month insurance and a bag or basket etc, its peace of mind for my friend and myself lol. Got told time frame for the morning by text yest afternoon which is great to and Mark D delivered it and was so informative, helpful, kind and caring. Would 100% recommend this company.
