Good product, fits my change table well. Unfortunately smaller products still have high shipping costs making this quite pricey though.

Prompt delivery, easy instructions, solid construction.

Just received my two sets of chocolate velvet chairs.
Firstly, they cant be described as chocolate, as they are a caramel colour. More tan brown than dark brown.
Secondly, it took me 3 hours to assemble 4 chairs, as the screw holes dont line up! The first one i followed their instructions, and assembled the seat before the back. But the last screw hole was way out of alignment, so i had to unscrew the seat again and reassemble the back first, just so i could get all screws in.
For the next 3 chairs, i disregarded their instructions and assembled the back first before the seat. On all four chairs, i had to force the chair bars into alignment with the screw holes. They were all around 3 cm out of alignment. They were all very difficult to assemble.
I think they should relook at where their screw holes are placed, as it required a lot of strength to force the bars and screw holes to align.
All screws and parts arrived, and they are beautiful chairs, so credit due there. Credit is definitely not due for ease of assembly!!!!
I posted this review on their website, but they deleted it!! They are misleading customers by deleting reviews that arent 5 stars. Customers are not able to make informed decisions on the quality of the product or if they will even be able to assemble the furniture. Very manipulative and a poor decision on their part.

I bought bedside tables and a coffee table - all of which were great quality. Kit instructions were easy to follow thank goodness. Overall chuffed with my purchases

I had an issue with a discount code, called and they solved it straight away. My order arrived within two days. It did take a while to put together the tallboy (as you'd expect) but looks great. We've had one before and was going strong after 5 years until the house movers dropped it, so good quality.

Product was really good, except one of the sliders was incorrect. In saying that Mocka were quick to send it and without any questions, I could only rate them higher if it was correct in the first instance.

Beautiful bed! Suits all kinds of styling. Took me awhile to decide on what bed I wanted then found Mocka and instantly purchased. Makes me room feel more put together and warm.
