I signed up for lifetime account. Within a month I got permanently banned from Pokemon. I want a refund, they offered me 1/2 price and I can still use the Mocpogo, which I agreed(I have many accounts). Update was needed, so I contacted them many times and they stopped contacting me. Is this a scam?

Payed for 1 month, recieved 4 MAYBE 5 days of play and worked as advertised but then randomly asked me to upgrade or activate again. I thought I'd send an email to resolve this issue and was met with a stone wall as big as my exs, absolutely no response now for nearly 2 whole days. I'd say this would be a huge breach of the play stores terms and conditions. Paying for a service that no longer acts as it should. Please contact me for a resolution

I'm not sure if this company is a fraud or scam. The app is working well, but the company's billing process is kind of shady.

The app's name is MocPOGO and the company that bills you is Lucky Rabbit Technology Limited. This is fine when I first did it for one month plan just to test it.

Then after a month, I have to purchase the offer for lifetime since my one month plan is going to expire in a day.

What happened is, the company charged me for another one month plan based on my previous purchase, stating that I did a monthly subscription.

Based on my general experience, all my subscriptions notifies me a day, a week, or a month before they do the renewal of the plan, so the consumer can cancel before renewal. But this company just charged me instant without notifying me. As I can remember, I did not sign up for auto-renewal of the one month plan I purchased. When I emailed the company, they can't resolved the problem.

I have said before that the company's billing is shady due to the following charges made to my credit card account using different names (as per statement).

1st charge (1 month plan)
Name used: LUCKY RABBIT TECHNOLOGY
2nd charge (lifetime plan)
Name used: DRI*ID.MYCOMMERCE.COM
3rd charge (1 month plan - unauthorized)
Name used: LUCKY RABBIT LIMITED

This is too shady as my apple bill only uses one name for all charges made to my account.

P.S. I have to cancel my card for my own protection.

Does not work,

Downloaded trial, had to pay subscription for features, when paid for it had to download the official app (so the trial app was useless anyway). Then have to download and install another program (flighttest) for developer options, need a redemption code for that to work and don't have one/none were provided.

Now trying to cancel my subscription is difficult, can't just log in and cancel, assuming im gonna have to dispute through the bank.

Save your time and money, should've just gone for a walk...

Update, MocPogo have offered me a 30% refund…

Good customer service, response fast.
App is also easy to use except couldn’t wifi connection with ios17 iPhone.

There were no delay for the replies, all in all they have a great service.

Good for Pokémon go , I would like to have directly the joystick in the game.

There's just slight delay at support because of the time difference but they were kind enough to inform me that information so overall good service 👌🏼
