The color of the blouse (navy blue) is just a tiny shade darker in person than on my bright computer screen, but it actually matches my wardrobe even better.

Great fit and lovely design. I had to wait a couple of days for customer service to reply to my sizing query, but once they did, their advice was spot on.

I really like the summer two-piece set. It wrinkles slightly if you sit for long periods, but a quick steam or iron makes it look brand new again.

second is the awful terrible customer service experience. order shipped after 3 weeks. no confirmation or updated email about your order . no response from the team .
the return process is a pain. I was away when they requested the pictures & couldnt do that until my partner reached home before us.
and because I delayed sending the pictures at first they refused the refund.
Then ( ^ to keep in mind I send daily emails until I receive on every 3-5 days)
Then they decided on the refund but they said shipping cost is around £25-35 ??????? which I couldnt believe.they dont even provide a postal address for the return unless I agree to their refund options.

Dress received, appalling quality, all stitching coming out, looks nothing like pictures online

Terrible customer service experience. My order was delayed for weeks, and I was not provided with any tracking information during that time. When the dresses finally arrived, the quality was very poor—the material looked cheap and the dresses were scrunched up in the packaging.

The returns process is a nightmare; you must first make an enquiry via their website to see if you are eligible for a return. They require detailed photos and explanations of why you’re dissatisfied before they will even provide a postal address for the return.

Although they offer a 14-day return period, they drag out the process, making it extremely inconvenient. I would strongly advise avoiding this company.
