ordered rocket motors and igniters, came quick with good communication

I'm afraid that the failure to reply to two emails about a refund for a faulty rocket means it's a one-star review. It's difficult to know what else to say.

I ordered a large amount of rocket building supplies from here, including some altimeters. On their website it says the altimeters can measure 0-3000m, but after not being able to make them work, I emailed customer support and they confirmed the minimum altitude was in fact not 0m like they claim but 35-60m.

I said I would like to return them and they stopped replying to my emails. I have written 2 follow-up emails over the past 2 weeks and tried calling them 3 times, but no luck. I am out £80 for altimeters that don't work as advertised and have no chance of getting my money back. I would not recommend buying from this shop.

Great products and exceptional customer service. When I was experiencing issues they were fast to reply and even were kind enough to send me a replacement product. I will definitely be buying from here again in the future!

Placed an order over a week ago and still haven't received it. No response or help from Model Rockets. Poor service.

DHL finally got it delivered to a pick up point. Definitely a DHL issue.

I had a couple of queries and they were answered quickly and helpfully. Delivery was also quick and I could track my parcel easily.

Good selection of models and well priced. Used a few times now and delivery is always 2 days. Great selection of small motors but could use a few more medium sized motors.

I've placed several orders over the years on this website. Every time all items arrived promptly without hassle.
