Moderno Beds are the best company i have ever dealt with. From viewing the company on Instagram and loving all the beds i saw, i decided to order the ‘Monaco’. The company kept in touch from the time i ordered my bed, letting me know which date it would be delivered, actually i was told it would arrive between 10 and 12 am, and it arrived at 10 o clock exactly, thank you Gerry, the driver. The bed did not disappoint neither, a beautiful bed and fantastic quality, so delighted with it, after a long time searching for the right bed, i couldn't have picked better, very well done to team Moderno, highly recommended

I’ve had an absolute great experience with Moderno Beds, they were recommended to me one of my friends and I have to say from start to finish they have been an excellent choice. They were great with communication from the moment I placed my order to delivery, very polite, fast, and welcoming. They delivered it with speed, packaged well and exactly as advertised. Even after receiving the bed they continued engaging with me to see if there were any issues. The quality of the Monaco Luxury Ottoman bed is fabulous.

After having problems with a different company I was looking for somewhere new to purchase a bed. I came across Moderno and I’m so glad I did, any questions I had they quickly responded and was extremely helpful. The bed arrived in 14 days and I’m so so pleased with it. little unsure at first but I took a shot and gave Moderno the chance. Found the bed we wanted and ordered a sample swatch to choose the colour we wanted. Even though we were told it can take 14 days for delivery we had our bed within 8 days. Brilliant quality and even helped us to put together the gas lift over the phone. Thanks, Moderno

Excellent customer service, from the moment I ordered a bed for my daughter online, I was kept updated from that second on. The communication for my purchase was always within the timescales. The company actually makes you feel valued. My daughters bed was delivered and also fitted as a gesture of goodwill on Christmas day. So no rest for these souls, they definatly exceeded the customer service element. The bed also looked better in real than it did online, and lastly the painful denting the pocket part! The price for the end product is justified, economical and very competitive to other local business that I window shopped for similar bed. So all in all a very happy customer, will be both buying again and recommending to family and friends. Thank you team Moderno for a very pleasant and easy transaction and service. 👍

Didnt encounter any issues as such.

Was let down by another company whom failed to deliver a bed then blamed the lockdown.
So thought lets give these guys a chance.
I spent a bit of time on the phone , such is my extrovert personality , they helped me work out correct dimension for my room.
Ordered a wing bed...delivered on time..no problems.
