NOT REFUNDING PAYMENT AFTER RECEIVING RETURNED ITEMS

Sizes were very inaccurate, I requested a return and refund and the company approved this. I have sent the items back the company have confirmed via email they have received the returns and will process the return. However 1 month later no refund had been received at all no responses to my emails or messages. Refund was issued finally after several attempts to contact and leaving a review on here, which solves my issue however will not be shopping here again due to the poor customer service, the refund should have been issues straight away on receiving returns not 4 weeks later.

Postage Not Refunded

I ordered a dress which was not suitable and was returned. The website says that you must inform Modora about the proposed return, which I did. I was then told to use the returns label in the parcel so was not sure of the point of notifying them.
The refund has been processed but without the incoming postage costs which are required to be refunded if the whole order is returned within 14 days. This is prescribed under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and cannot be replaced by a company's terms and conditions.
Not a happy first time customer experience.

To clarify, we have responded to all emails received from your side, including the communication regarding your return and refund. If any of our replies did not reach you, we kindly recommend checking your spam/junk folder, as sometimes our responses may land there.

As for the postage costs, our policy (shared in our email correspondence) does not include a refund of the original shipping charges. Our dispatch partners do not reimburse outgoing shipping fees, and therefore these costs are non-refundable. Your refund has been processed in full according to our stated returns policy.

We always aim to be transparent and fair, and all relevant information was communicated during our email exchanges. If you would like us to resend any previous correspondence for your records, we would be happy to do so.

Pay with credit card to protect your returns

I ordered some items. There is usually a minimum amount to spend to even get shipping. One item didn't fit well and so I returned it after emailing them. The delivery company found it hard to deliver it but eventually after some attempts I got them to deliver it to the gates with a picture. I got emails from them saying they received it. However there was no refund. Fortunately I paid with credit card and so got my money back.

Purchased items: £20 + £5 + £5 + £2.99 delivery

The third £5 item was free with the purchase of two

Total payment: £32.99 – £5 = £27.99

You returned the £20 item, but due to the offer adjustment, the refundable amount becomes £15 (£20 – £5).

However, you submitted a claim for £37.99, which is £27.99 + an extra £10 which is above total purchase and you kept 2 items.

This difference is why the refund does not match the eligible amount.

Please note, your bank is currently holding the amount, not us.

If you’d like, we can share the proof for your confirmation.

A pain in the ...

I ordered clothes with this company and the clothes were not great, I kept some most wanted to return most items. Bare in mind you have to cover the cost of the return yourself. They received the clothes did not inform me and ever since it has been like pulling teeth trying to get my money back after all this time. I have tried to be patient but it's so unprofessional I really regret shopping with this company. Think twice before you order anything, it's good if you like the items they are quick to take your money very slow to give it back. I'm still yet to receive my partial refund.
