Scam! I paid for subscription and still won't let me to upload my photos!!!

Per il momento l'attivazione della garanzia che altri dicevano di non riuscire a fare mi è riuscita e anche molto velocemente.
Le gomme le ho appena montate quindi non so ancora dire come mi trovo aggiornerò poi la recensione tra almeno 1/2 mesi contando che faccio quasi 500 km a settimana farò sicuramente presto a capire se sono ottimi o no

Really annoying how easily they take our money. I thought subscribing meant free access, but no — every feature needs extra coins, and coins cost more money. The only other option is waiting for refills, which but then you have to keep the subscription going, so you’re still paying again. Such a rip-off.

La mia non è una recensione, ma leggendo altre recensioni, non mi sembra che si parla della qualità del pneumatico, ma del problema della garanzia. Dico questo perché vorrei acquistare dei pneumatici però vorrei sapere come vanno. Grazie.

Got a jewellery advent calendar from these con artists through Wowcher. It arrived broken. They answered my first email, telling me that the item was not broken but have ignored all of my emails requesting a refund because it clearly is broken. Do NOT order anything off them

Ti vendono la garanzia da attivare online ma guarda caso nel sito l'unica pagina che non funziona è quella dell'attivazione della garanzia, fate prima a non darla sta garanzia se non si può attivare.

Circa un mese fa ho comprato un paio di gomme della ditta MOMO. Il Gommista mi ha venduto anche assicurazione. Dopo la vendita mi ha detto di andare sul sito Momo Tires e attivare l'assicurazione. Tuttavia provando il giorno stesso e altre due volte nei giorni successivi il sito non era raggiungibile e compariva una pagina bianca
Oggi il sito non è raggiungibile. Quindi non è stato possibile e non è possibile attivare questo servizio. Come dicono a Roma: una vera SOLA o meglio una truffa. Vendere un servizio aggiuntivo che non esiste e che non si può attivare! Vergognoso!

Il 21/3/2024 ho acquistato 2 pneumatici e il mio gommista mi ha raccomandato di registrare l'acquisto entro 15 giorni per usufruire della garanzia di 1 anno. Lo stesso giorno ho provato a inserire i dati dell'acquisto, ma alla fine dell'inserimento la procedura mi dava questo messaggio "Polizza già inserita per questa targa!". Il che non rispondeva a verità, semplicemente la procedura aveva in memoria il mio acquisto precedente di 6 mesi prima ed evidentemente non prevedeva che un automobilista potesse fare successivi acquisti!... Ho provato nei successivi 10 giorni sempre con lo stesso risultato. Nel frattempo avevo contattato l'assistenza chiedendo di risolvere il problema. Nessuna risposta. Vista la totale mancanza di professionalità, la prossima volta ritornerò ad acquistare la vecchia marca di pneumatici con cui mi ero trovato benissimo

Volevo fare un acquisto pagando a mezzo bonifico ma accettano solo Paypal o carta di credito.
Ebbene si, poichè non ho nessuna intenzione di sottostare alle loro condizioni, hanno perso un cliente. Chissà se avrebbero accettato il pagamento in contanti.....

Waited a month for my order so I went to check the shipping status and the tracking number they provided was invalid. When I emailed they said it's possible the order wasn't fulfilled and offered me a refund or a new one but the new order would have taken another month to come. No apology or anything either, overall awful experience.
