Lost many of my records. I have invested a lot of time trying to get an accurate picture of my spending and Moneyhub have lost a lot of records from one of my accounts. So it is unreliable.

Very solid app, works well overall. Connections to more banks and financial institutions than most of their competitors, which was important to me, as I find it easier to code expenses as they happen, not just once a month. The developers keep releasing improvements. Reporting tools could use some work (but too simple for my taste) but I've seen steady progress here too. Definitely recommended.

This is such a great tool to keep on top of your finances. We have been using the system for several years, and it keeps me informed on what I am spending. This is going to be really important in the next couple of years and we recommend it to all our friends.

The site is excellent, connecting to most accounts and giving a clear overview and detail of personal finances. The support is very good. It is not perfect, there is a problem with share investment analysis and the summary page could be better. However, it still adds value in it current form and well worth the annual subscription.

This is a great product for keeping track of spending across multiple bank accounts and credit cards. It's quick and easy to set up, and ongoing categorisation of each transaction is simple. Once entered, the information can then be viewed directly in the app, or downloaded into Excel for more detailed analysis. It also works for keeping track of investment assets, although not all investment platforms are online. The Help Desk team are great for ironing out any technical issues. In short - it's well worth the modest cost to keep a 360 degree view of your finances.

Brilliant app with the features it provides, not had any issues with the application itself and really helps me get insight into where my money disappears to each month.
Keeping track of all my pensions and investments is really handy too, as you lose information as you trade funds around or sell shares. So getting your portfolio history tracked via an external tool is mightily helpful

It is so unreliable. Should be great but the refreshing of accounts rarely works properly, despite numerous attempts. The error messages basically just say sorry but never gives a solution. Not worth the subscription.

I would really like to give a glowing review because when Moneyhub is working it's great however.......Over the last year or so I have had problems with re-authorising the connection with some, but not all of my accounts. The first time this happened it took three months to sort it out, I lost a lot of data and wasted time on emails answering the same questions from customer service over and over again. Now it has happened again. I have been unable to re-authorise with two major banks for more than a month and customer service are just fobbing me off again saying it has been referred to their technical team. Just not good enough sadly.

I am really pleased with Moneyhub. I am able to access all my accounts with different banks, shares and pensions.

I had a problem with one pension company but Moneyhub fixed it really quickly.

Excellent! Allows me to connect to nearly all my accounts! Only thing on my wish list is to be able to see multi currency accounts (for example EUR or USD holding on revolut.. maybe converted with today’s FX for totals) - and btw I haven’t seen any aggregator app that offers that! Fantastic otherwise!

really intuitive and really like the nudges

I’m currently using Moneyhub on a trial basis but will be definitely signing up once the trial period is over. Moneyhub doesn’t have everything I’d like (nothing does of course) but what sets it apart from everything else I’ve tried is that they respond to queries really quickly and, if you ask about a feature they don’t yet have, the chances are it’s already in development and they will provide suggestions for alternative ways of doing what you want or will put your proposal forward for consideration.
It’s a great way of keeping track of your finances. Highly recommended.

Far more valuable to me than the bank is - Money hub is actually useful!

I started using Moneyhub back in 2017 as I wanted to get a better view of my finances when my wife stopped work (post our 2nd child). I knew I needed to be a bit more on top of it than I was and I needed this to be easy....enter Moneyhub. Initially I was merely using it to get insight into what I was spending and where, being able to connect all my payment types (Amex, Santander several other banks/credit cards) was invaluable. I could then also categorize what I was spending where. This immediately bought to my attention that I was spending over 100 pounds a month on coffee whilst at work....yikes, thats more than 1200 a year and thats a holiday! So that had to stop....and the insight I can get into what I am spending has continued, fantastic solution.

Post this I was able to connect various other elements of my financial life from Share ISA's and fund management companies etc to give me a pretty much complete picture of my financial world without have to laboriously keep it update on a spreadsheet (my previous approach). A single view for all of these has been invaluable and saved me a lot of time.

A great tool if you want to manage your finances, get real clarity on what they look like in real time and save yourself time and effort in doing so.

Great job Moneyhub - currently in my Top 5 most important apps and way more important to me than my banking relationship which really just stores my money (securely in fairness) but adds little value beyond this.

the support is quick and helpful. the app is very good at showing and collating all your accounts in one place. Really helps with monitoring your spending and now updates almost instantly.
There are some teething problems but to be fair to money hub it’s more from the legacy banking end and they are keen help with work around while these issues are sorted.

All my accounts in one place. What's not to like?

For years (decades) I've been using excel and manually typing in all my transactions, and forecasting, budgeting, and planning - very effectively, but it is time consuming.

Moneyhub allows me to access all my account information centrally, from one place, and plan, budget, forecast, and give me an "at a glance" status of my financial affairs - it's wonderful.

Now we just need the banks to enable more data transfers - the only stumbling block is that some banks don't allow direct connections yet.

The team are reactive and proactive, in adding more functionality and features - always quick to offer support and advice. I'm thrilled I took the plunge, this is exactly what I needed.
