After ordering three star scopes my items were not shippped. I had to call costumer service to have my items shipped . She was very polite and more than helpful ... thank y’all for that ... in a world where a good portion of so called good people are lying , scamming and manipulating it brightens my day to see that there are still a good people that are willing to solve problems instead of create them. Thank y’all again !!! However there is a small issue . The way the starscope is advertised on y’all’s page led me and still leads me th believe that the phone attachment Is / was included . I still need the phone attachment and am interested in purchasing them .

Starscope advert is misleading.
Delivery slow but as described when I orders. The items are not as described and all the wonderful zooms on the advert could not have been made with this piece of hit, as it is fixed magnification. The phone connection is not positive enough and I gave up trying. I requested a refund and after one attempt to offer me 30% off i received return details and the kit is now back on its way to USA>

I've been waiting for my husband's Christmas gift since early December. All I've gotten are form apologies. I was told earlier on my items were shipped. Then I was told I had received a tracking number, nope. Then that the problem was on the West Coast. Can't speak with anyone, can't get a reply, can't get anything but a crappy apology offering to sell me something else at discount. Something else I'll never see. This is nothing but a con. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Like so many written before me, this place is truly HORRIBLE. I too ordered one of their products for a Christmas Gift 2021...It is now 2022 and NO product delivered. There is no real way to contact what they call "Customer Service". No active phone number, no address of the business, no way to track the order. When someone does contact you via email, it is a form response with a bogus apology and an offer to purchase another item at a discounted price!!!! I have written several requests for a refund, only to be disregarded or told my complaint/concern will be elevated priority level to be resolved. ALL LIES. These people are thieves! EVERYONE who has the misfortune of doing business with them should write a report to the FTC...and then of course take the time to write your bank about the purchase from this fraudulent company.

Useless, avoid this company like the plague. I ordered this item as a birthday gift. Despite assurances that it has been shipped, processed etc. I'm still waiting. If you attempt to cancel the order on their site Norton displays a msg saying the site is a known threat, then when you find a way to email you go back and forth with countless apologies from them only to be told at the end that because the item has been shipped a return or refund is not possible. After reading other reviews on Trustpilot it seems to be very common. Con Artists is the term that comes mind. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE save your time and money and give this a company a very wide berth.

The Starscope monocular does not…
The Starscope monocular does not provide the zoom or magnification advertised. In fact my standard binoculars are better. Do not waste your money on this product. I've returned my order for a refund but the website warns that they may not receive the returned goods so let's wait and see.

Very sad experience. Ordered monocular for Xmas and now February and still no order received. Am told it is on its way or been shipped and neither is true. USPS has not yet received the product. Company will not accept phone calls and states order cannot be cancelled. What kind of nonsense is this? Will contact Bank fraud unit next week. William Smith

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered these products as gifts in September. When I repeatedly asked them to cancel what could not be shipped, they just ignored me. 17 email exchanges without one single personal message, just form emails with no content. This is no way to run a business. I will now spend 3 months trying to return what I did not want to buy.
