This dress took freaking forever to come, then it did and it’s way too small so not true to size, the quality is absolutely awful and not worth the money, and now i can’t return it without paying half the worth of the dress in shipping fees. Don’t order from here trust me.

This is the worst company to order from! Buyer beware. I ordered a dress for a wedding. It did not come on the date promised, 3+ weeks later. The company told me it was no problem to return. I had to find a dress at the last minute. When I contacted the company to return it, they stated I had to pay for the return. After the back and forth discussion the company stated no return allowed, as it is now 1 day past the return date. The company is the worst! I have a dress still in the package with tags on.

They're sourcing their products from overseas. You cannot trust the shipment process due to their overseas vendors. And they require you as a customer to foot the bill for returns. The quality of the products is also incredibly poor - re, overseas sourcing.

Do not order from this company Ordered 2 swimsuits from Monroe for a total of 93.75$. They arrived (no liner in place) and I didn’t like the material or fit. I contacted for return as it was within the return period. I sent an email and Monroe stated that I would have to return to China at my own expense. They would not take it back to the warehouse it came from in California. The return cost was over 300$. Monroe offered to refund 26$.
I will never order from this company. There really isn’t a 30 day return policy. They don’t tell you up front returns have to go to China. Waste of money. Horrible company.
