Fantastic service and quality
Fantastic service and quality. The cards and personalised printing is of the highest quality. The production and despatch of the cards is quick and received promptly. I have said previously I will definitely purchase again from Monster Cards and will continue to do so. A very professional company that I would recommend for greeting cards.

Good quality cards
My experience with Monster cards was very positive. The card I bought for my son's birthday looks great and it was delivered promptly.
The only thing that this company might want to improve is their website. It's not very user-friendly.

Hi, You ordered the card on the 23rd December unfortunately there were Royal Mail strikes on the 23rd and 24th (Details on our delivery page) No postal service on Christmas Day (25th), Boxing Day (26th) and Bank Holiday (27th) so the card would not have been in the postal system until the 28th and with New Years Day and subsequent Bank Holidays we wouldn't expect this to arrive until either today or tomorrow. Unfortunately the recent Royal Mail strikes have caused a backlog of mail which is slowly being cleared.
My card still hasn't arrived

You ordered your card on the 13th December, unfortunately Royal Mail strikes on the 14th and 15th of December have delayed all post.
The strike dates are posted on our delivery page, you also ordered with second class postage, the Christmas cut off date for second class post was the 12th December so we would not have expected this to arrive before Christmas…

Your card was ordered on the 11th December and dispatched same day, unfortunately Royal Mail strikes on the 11th, 14th and 15th December has delayed all mail which is out of our control unfortunately.
My go to place for K-pop cards
Have ordered several cards previously for K-pop mad Granddaughter and Monster Cards always have a great selection and she always loves them. A BTS Christmas card this time and it’s great. Always good quality cards and printed just as asked.

Glossy print finish is bad we need matte as an option!
The print quality is good and got the customization exactly as I wanted. However, I found the glossy material of the print to stick in the envelope as its inside meaning it was hard to get out without bending the thin card itself. Matte printing should be an option and also an increase in card thickness would be nice too.

I bought two Star Wars Xmas cards for…
I bought two Star Wars Xmas cards for my son, this is the only site I could find some decent ones. It’s good quality and I know my son will be really happy with them, I just wish the card wasn’t glossy all the way through - bit hard to write on, but overall very happy with my purchase and service.
