They took my money 29th March, i never received shipping updates or the order so I emailed them to check it was okay, someone called Dan confirmed it was.

I emailed them again on the 13th April as I still hadn't received my order. Dan's response: "I’m really sorry to hear that your order hasn’t been received.
We’ll get a replacement sent out to you, which should leave us within the next 3-7 working days."

I never received tracking information and still no delivery...Its now the 22 Apr.
I've noticed a similar thing with other people on here leaving similar reviews. I can only imagine the positive reviews are paid for.

Over charged in February, March and April, in little amounts of a few pounds here, few pounds there, the kind you don't notice straight away.

I haven't received any t-shirts from them and they dont provide tracking.

Saw a social media ad for MTC with an offer which I believe was the first T-Shirt for free so I thought I’d check them out. I signed up on their site adding my preferred themes (gaming, anime etc) then I say a 3 T-shirts for £9.99 offer on the site and decided to go with that. a one month later I still hadn’t received my order so I logged on to the website to find that my order was still showing as pending which was very disappointing. I emailed the support email address with my order number and I. Fairness received a fast response but the response was disappointing. The response asked if I could confirm my T-shirt size which raised concerns considering I gave all this information when signing up. I they asked if they knew what I had actually ordered as the wording of the email suggested that they would only be sending one tshirt and not the three I ordered. After a couple of emails back and forth I was also advised that the T-shirts I would receive would be random and not in line with my preferred themes which I added during the sign up process (I can’t see anything to advise of this on the site). In the end I asked for a refund as I was very disappointed in the service I had received / not received. The person emailing was someone called Dan who didn’t seem to apologetic of the mistake on their part and just came across as having no care about the customer experience.

Scam. Paid money and received nothing after a month. Many emails sent to support have been ignored

Signed up 2 weeks ago and have had no further updates on my order and emails to their support address bounce back undelivered. Feel like I've been scammed.

The T-shirts were poor quality and images were small. I cancelled subscription they confirmed it on email and they still continued to take payments. I had to block with my bank in the end.

Signed up after seeing a FB add for free shirt offer. Guess what …. Its not free its £2.99 postage, but hey still a good deal. I just find misleading people is wrong.

Anyway … picked the styles i liked from the options, a while late i get the option to pick which design i like, picked the Shellfire club one as im an avid Strange Things & Super Mario fan so it made total sense.
Anyway i knew it was close to being sent so i logged onto my account, checked everything was in order, noticed it said i HAD picked my tshirt so all should be well.
Then get an email saying it was being shipped, cool i thought, ill log on and see what my account said. Log in to find it states i never “picked” what tshirt i wanted.

What a load of bo11 0ck5! NOOO!!! I picked and i double checked i had picked too thank you very much, bunch of liars!

Anyway order arrived in post, luckily not a design i hated but certainly not what i wanted.

The t-shirt seems pretty cheap quality if im honest, had a look online seems like its a £2 quality t-shirt.

What a way to start off a new membership, cancelled the moment i realised they weren't going to send me the T-shirt that i had picked.

Honestly save your money, you will be glad you did.

Signed up for this and never got my first tee. Have cancelled. Waste of time.

Shirt turned up after over a month and several chaser emails, FAQ on website completely different response than customer service.

Then first paid for shirt came to just under £17, took 6 weeks to arrive, several chaser emails again, being told different again, including that should be emailed on dispatch which has yet to happen. This package also had a slip that said my next package would contain a free gift worth £35 so I held off cancelling.

Next shirt, 8 weeks to deliver, no free gift, bad quality print, image distorted.

Tried to cancel, offered me a another free shirt so said OK, 8 weeks on, not received, been told got lost in the post...twice...

Poor communication,
Poor quality.
Overpriced.
Poor Company.

Increasingly disappointed with the MTC! Customer service was quite poor, especially as no other option but to email.

Had applied codes that haven’t worked, tee picker didn’t save our chosen design, cannot get a refund despite not receiving products!

This company keeps wrongfully taking money out of my account after not being a customer if there's for at least 5yrs. I have to get my bank to block the transactions. They do not respond to emails and still have my details on file, which after this length of time they should not.

Write a review about a year ago when I had just taken the subscription out. Now a year on I'm disappointed! All but three of the 13 tshirts I had have had to go in the bin! Low quality collars means they stretch so bad over time and the shrink and have uneven arm lengths after a few washes. Never again!!

I signed up for the first tee free, they never sent it! Now I've been charged for the subscription and I don't trust that it'll arrive at all! AVOID

They charged me for postage for allegedly free tshirt which was fine.
Then my tshirt wasn't sent for like ten days.
I just cancelled my subscription.
I had to chase them to take my money back.
Very cheap marketing strategies but still unsuccesful.

I was browsing for t-shirts and found in the end that I'd subscribed to two different subscriptions, just from clicking on the items. Not half sneaky, and actually quite problemetic for people trying to cancel, as the button everyone tells you to click doesn't seem to exist atm! I've sent a formal email to request cancellation. Hopefully it goes okay, but even if it does, my estimation of the company has dwindled to nothing.

Ordered the free one in the middle of the month. Till this day, nothing showed up. On the 1st, they charged me a full price for another month. I thought I cancelled it, but apparently cancel button is well hidden on mobile. Also, no email about subscription renewal or its cancellation.

The Tee's are garbage.

They feel cheap, the print is awful and the delivery took far too long.

Save your money and shop elsewhere

It started out well. Great designs and t-shirts shipped every month. But over the last few months they have been sending random designs, even after I have picked out something specific when the graphic picker window is open.
The shirt I received this month was atrocious. Graphic not even based on a theme from my selected interests.

Great idea loved both my t shirts so far wash really well. I don’t pick my monthly t shirt as I love the surprise
