Product is definitely 5 star the only…
Product is definitely 5 star the only issue is royal mail as only option for delivery. They didn’t follow delivery instructions so i had to ring them 3 days in a row wasted 5 hours of my time for that. Would be nice if we had late afternoon or early evening delivery options

Mix up in ordering prescription. I was charged an extra £9 for postage.
Not very clear instructions regarding vaping , equipment and use etc!
