Had an appointment fairly fast with the nurse , appointment the next few days with the doctor, prescription ordered a few days later. Great products so far. Highly recommend

For the flower buds were a bit small but okay, I wasn’t very impressed with the quantity and value for money on the streets. I can purchase the same thing 10g for the same price. As far from a Pain relief stand point it’s very good very good. but I am yet to try the other 3 that was in my prescription so maybe later on I will do a bigger review.

THE SPAM
Montu/Alternaleaf same people look on company's house keeps sending me marketing emails about "new strains" and "terpenes" while simultaneously blocking me from ordering my prescribed medication. They refuse to take a bank transfer i can only think they dont want me to know there bank details to make a simple bank transfer. They refuse to take my payment. They just keep spamming me.
THE CQC WARNING NOTICE
On 10 September 2025, the Care Quality Commission issued a formal warning notice to Montu Group UK Ltd for failing to comply with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 in relation to safe care and treatment. Inspectors found that patients were encouraged to select cannabis-based products "with no guidance on which types might be most suitable for their condition". Staff reported workloads were "unmanageable or unsafe". Some staff felt the organisation was more "commercially focused" than patient-centred.
THE AUSTRALIAN PROSECUTION
The Therapeutic Goods Administration is suing Montu Group, Alternaleaf, and director Christopher Strauch in the Federal Court of Australia (VID298/2024) for 226 alleged offences of unlawful advertising of prescription-only medicinal cannabis. The TGA claims Montu used restricted terms like "medical cannabis" and "plant medicine" on websites and social media to drive patients to their online booking portal. Montu is accused of deleting crucial documents from Slack and Miro during the discovery phase of the case.
THE PRESCRIPTION FACTORY
One Montu doctor wrote 72,000 prescriptions in two years - that's 156 scripts a day. The company advertises 10-minute, $29 video calls with its doctors. Eight doctors issued 245,109 scripts in two years. That's not healthcare. That's a factory.
MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
I have been a legitimate patient with a valid prescription. Montu has blocked me from ordering my medication, refused to take my payment, and spammed me with marketing emails. They are withholding my prescribed medication while continuing to market to me.
Do not trust Montu. They are not who they say they are. Montu tried to flag my review but funny how public records and the truth dont lie these are the kind of people you will deal with and that's a tacit admission im a protected whistleblower trying to silence me for telling the truth is illegal
Very well laid out website easy to use to navigate your way around site what I like the way you can speak to Montu over the telephone keep up the good work guys dispatched then delivered very fast so that was good as well thank you very much they also have a wide variety of product available for selection which is also very good.

Started off well with montu… and then it just went downhill so bad and so fast. I’ve basically only ever had one prescription with no drama. Every other time there’s some drama or hold up.
Contradictory emails that say one thing but then montu decides to do the opposite of that.
Out of stock items when you go to order your prescription is happening more and more and their delivery service is useless. I have open complaints with them from April that they’ve never concerned themselves with actually dealing with, 99% of the customer service agents have NO idea what they’re doing and rarely get back to you. Just an all round awful experience I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants a prescription regularly. Put it this way I still have an open complaint from the 5th of may that they’ve ignored multiple emails about despite assuring me they would fix it.
Very disappointing for a service that started well. Would NOT recommend to anyone now
